Took my wifes car in for over heating issues. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue fairly quickly and for a actual good price. I live down the street and I will always take my vehicles here now.
Troy installed a new battery for $169 in 2018 that he said was under warranty for five years, but it lasted only two. When I took it to NAPA Auto Parts to have it replaced, the date on the battery was 2014! He also installed a brand new electric radio antenna that stopped working only three months after. He had also replaced my struts, but when I had another mechanic install new brakes, I was told the sway bar was missing - the links were there, but no sway bar!
Have known Troy for over 10 years and his work is always outstanding. The detail he puts into his work is always neat, organized and simply well done! As long as Ive known him hes also been working on cars and boats and theres not much he cant fix. :)
My boyfriend took our boat there for basically a tune up. $200+ later he was told the starter was bad and they wanted ANOTHER $300+ to fix it. My boyfriend passed on that and ordered a new starter to install himself. Well, come to find out, nothing was wrong with the starter. The battery cables had been put on wrong (crossed) which is what was causing the problem. The battery cables WERE NOT crossed before we took it there. So, not sure if the guy is a complete idiot or if he was trying to scam us. He also damaged a couple of other things on the boat which will cost us MORE money to replace. Needless to say, we will never be back.
Troy ordered a replacement mirror for my car and installed it. Its perfect now! He went the extra mile and fixed my interior door panel for me without asking. Now thats customer service !!
Had a sensor replaced here that did not fix my problem. I was also not informed of the price and details of the work before he began working on my car. Would not recommend.
Fixed my car with the wingw parts after it broke down again he let it sit for 3 months before calling me. I even paid cash up front. Ended up picking my car up and taking it somewhere else. Never got my money back either.
