Rodney was super helpful and professional I got an oil change and a few other services done on my car. My car felt brand new when I left there.They helped me find coupons so that I could save money. I was parked at Target and noticed there was a piece of metal stuck in my right back tire. Thankfully, I was able to drive to this Jiffy Lube (next to Target) because my tire was going down fast. They had the right tire for my SUV; they were able to get me in and out in a “jiffy.” 😊 Very nice guys!! Thank you

Rodney is very polite and professional and informative. Showed me something that was discolored so went and had a flush done. Not pushy at all just great to have things pointed out that will need attention.Kyle noticed the gas smell that I have been smelling for 2 months told me issue and where to go for gas cap. Went to 2 other jiffy lube and a mechanic shop in my travels and no one said anything till today. That is customer service to point something out that they cannot take care of.Highly recommend this jiffy lube what a nice bunch of guys.Kudos to you all.

I pulled into the target parking lot and realized I had a flat tire. The tire had a blade in it and was not patchable. The guys at jiffy lube went above and beyond. They drove to the other side of town to pick up a new tire and placed the tire on within minutes. I just grabbed a coffee and shopped at target in the mean time. Great experience! Thanks guys!

I had a inspection for Lyft at this location. Before my appointment I had a appointment at a dealership for maintenance on my car. The appointment took longer than quoted. I had to call multiple times to reschedule for the same day. The employee here named Billy is phenomenal. Even though I had to keep rescheduling he was able to get me in that day and was exceptionally helpful. This man needs a raise or his own shop. I feel like he is a important asset to the store and I will taking my business there and recommending people to that store. And it’s all because of Billy. Great customer service goes a long way. I hope the higher ups see this review and give this man a raise if they already have not

I absolutely LOVE Russell and Phil! I’ve been going to them and this location for a year now and they’re awesome. They’re super quick, professional, friendly, and the quality is great. One thing I love about this jiffy lube is they’re honest. If I need to replace something they show me and explain why. Not EVERY time I’m there do they tell me I need to replace something. First time in. Great experience! Westport Rd St Matthews location. For those who have been screwed at Valvoline or Pennzoil or other places... Stop paying those people and signing their BS waivers of liability! Jiffy lube stands behind each service they provide! Free top offs between oil changes, they vacuum and clean car, wash all windows free of charge. I Trust them 1000%. lifetime warranty on brakes. Took my Jeep Wrangler in today for an oil change. These guys ROCK!! As a business owner myself I can say good help is hard to find, HOWEVER these guys were on point and very thorough and amazing at what they do.I normally take my Jeep to the dealer and was very hesitant about an Instant oil change, However since they use the same brand oil and the professionalism I received I will be back for future oil changes.

I would highly recommend bringing your car in here! I had spontaneous car issues and dropped by about 20 minutes before close and they ran a diagnostic on my car and told me the problem, a solution, and even gave me a quote right away. I came back the next day to have my car repaired and they did an awesome job! Russell was very professional and kind and I didn’t pay a single penny over the original quote he gave me. I will certainly come here again for all my car needs!

I had an especially negative experience at Valvoline, where the workers damaged my vehicle trying to open the hood before giving up - but leaving me to drive on the expressway with an unlatched hood. When I reported it, upper management was rude and dismissive. I decided to try Jiffy Lube and they had no problem at all. My family and I will definitely be going there from now on.

This place is the only place I go to get an oil change. My entire family come here. My mom drives here from Shepherdsville Kentucky to get an oil change. No matter who is working they are always super nice. They go beyond just changing the oil. They check your tires, front and rear lights, fluids, clean your windows and check your wiper blades. Sometimes there is a long wait (because they are so good at what they do) but it is 100% worth the wait. This place is fully honest and trustworthy. I only trust this place when it’s time for an oil change.

They were ok. Got the job done. Kinda slow and somewhat unorganized but its not so bad you should avoid.

The guys were very nice and did the job but it should never take over half an hour to change your oil. All toll we were there 1 hr. 15 min. So if you go there pack a lunch.

This is my go to place for an oil change! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They checked everything under the hood and topped off the fluids possible. They did mention my air filter was dirty and mentioned how much it cost, and did not push the issue when I declined.I stopped by on Friday morning and I had no wait. The gentleman who helped me verified that all my lights (turn signals, high beams, break lights) were working properly along with changing my oil!The gentleman that I spoke with was wearing a mask each time we interacted and while working. There was another gentleman who was working on my car without a mask, but we did not have any interactions nor did he get close to me. I was okay with that and still felt very safe at this business.

I use Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville and stopped in the Westport Road location in Louisville. Had a check engine and low tire pressure lights on. Diagnosed it quickly and friendly. Really appreciate the help while on the road.

They’ve been slammed since the meltdown from 3 weeks of weather and the end of lockdown hysteria but were able to get everyone (6 cars) in and out in a decent amount of time. They’ve had guys who’ve worked there 15 years or so who know their stuff but it also says something about their ownership or mgmt and the way they value the employees. As far as how I was treated was great as they met every request with a pleasant attitude. It’s a great location and service to match.

What a ripoff and an absolute lie about your services. i came into the location at westport rode and hubbards lane. i own 2006 lexus gx470 and usually take to dealer but was in rush leaving for trip and decided to try jiffy lube. what a shame you even call yourself a business. your workers failed to check my tire pressure and if they had they would have noticed front right tire would not accept any air and could not be filled. no one bothered to check the air filter as i watched and it was never removed. third, the youngest employee was on his phone and i heard the manager specifically say to get off his phone during work in which the young worker replied but the telemarketer keeps calling and leaving messages. i was never shown that the oil was filled to level. and no sticker was placed on my window reminding me of when my next visit should be. will never return and think you are ripping off your customers. i paid $55 for a few quarts of oil and an oil filter, oh they cleaned my windshield, whoop-de-doo. the visit was a ripoff, i feel you stole my money and never again will i say jiffy lube without cursing your business. worst service ever.

This Jiffy Lube location has always been honest with me when I have taken my car there. They don’t try to sell services you don’t need. For example, my filter was still good so they told me it wouldn’t need to be changed yet. They have wonderful customer service and explain things well.

So I stopped in because my change oil indicator had just come on, Ive used this location previously and I felt comfortable stopping. As I pull up, a worker walks out and keeps going, I dint see anyone else so I blew the horn, moments later still no one, and I blew the horn again. Another minute or two I reversed and proceeded leave, then a worker emerged and opens the door. He guided me in, I turn off my vehicle, let down my window, he then asked if the horn blowing was necessary which I took offense to, as I didnt know if anyone was there working. He then attempted to tell me, I was a good customer when I told him I would l leave since my horn blowing wasnt necessary and he could go back to whatever he was doing. After hesitation he opened the bay door and I left....Customer service is everything!

I travel to Louisville regularly from New Mexico and always stop here to be checked out or change oil. I never have to wait and am always treated with kindness and good work.

I experienced excellent customer service at this location today. My car wouldn’t start in a near by parking lot so I walked over to see if they happened to have anything that would help me. Multiple employees greeted me and offered to help, one even took time out of their day, drove over to my car and made sure I could get it to start and offered advice on where to go to get a new battery. Can’t thank you enough for helping me today!

I get there they guy that was sitting outside smoking tells me there only accepting cash. I went and got cash and come back to wait in line for 30 minutes because they were only using 1 Bay and there were 2 cars in front of me. I called 10 minutes before I arrived and they said a 15 minute wait. So in 10 minutes their system went down and when I came back 20 minutes later from getting cash they are only using 1 bay and accepting credit cards. They probably wanted to take the cash and keep it for themselves
