I would definitely recommend taking your vehicles here to be repaired by jesse. he was very straightforward and informative every time he called me to update me about the progress of my vehicle. I also really needed my car for a special occasion three days after he got it and he made sure even with all the repairs it needed that it was done in time! highly recommend:)

Tried this place for the first time, VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Poor customer experience. There are lots of other auto repair places in Louisville that I will check into and I STRONGLY ADVISE that you do the same before you send your vehicle here to Foley’s.I dropped my truck off to have them check my draining battery problem. I told them to take there time and get it fixed (which I was in no rush). Going on a little over a week, I haven’t heard for them so I stopped by to check in on my truck. They told me they couldn’t figure out what’s the issue was. Then I was informed they had just accepted a contract for a company’s vehicle maintenance program and was too BUSY to work on my truck after accepting this contract, after a week of my truck being there. Then he said he would talk to his BOSS to see if they could keep my vehicle there (which has been there over a week) to work on it. Then he stated he would then call me back to let me know if they could repair it. A week later they called me and said to come and get your truck because they said they didn’t want to do the repair work and recommend another shop. This shop made me fell like I wasn’t important to them and they were just trying to get rid of me.

Diagnosed an issue I’ve been having with my Wrangler that 2 other shops couldn’t identify. Gave me options between using new and used parts and saved me money. Had all the work done in 1 day (afternoon) and back to me. Will definitely be bringing it back to these guys for any other future work.

Got a price to put a starter on a 2003 Ford Tarus. They wanted $450 I bought one and put it on myself. Starter was $75. They have a license to steal.

I have a mustang 2008 and had a control arm issue that needed fix. Jesse not only made sure it was the right part. But also cared enough to have my car back in time. For work the next morning thanks guys!

Love this place. Very smart and friendly people. Fair prices and will get the job done in a reasonable time. I recommend this place to all my friends because unlike a lot of other shops, they don’t just throw the parts book at it and hope it’ll get fixed. They actually test things out and make sure that what they’re replacing will fix the problem.And they go above and beyond even for something as simple as an oil change, checking the car for any leaks or if anything is loose in the suspension. Definitely the go to place!

I cannot fully express my gratitude for this shop. I have a modified vehicle that allows me to drive from my power wheelchair. My van started overheating, so I had it towed to Foley Automotive. These guys had the issue fixed within a few hours. I spoke to both Jesse and Mike, both were very professional. The price was great. Overall great experience. Thank you again!

Foley fixed my car that day and the right way and they charged me a fare price. They didnt try to up sell me on anything and they were super friendly They made me feel like Ive been going there for years. Ill tell you what my brother told me... Take it to Foley. Boss man was rude. Called and got approved to have my car looked at and possible worked on(depending on price). Arrived and was Refused because I had a work uniform on(Im a machinist not a mechanic) told they wont work on my car, nor look at it. Lost my business. Went else where to more helpful friendly people closer to home.
