Service scheduling is horrible. I scheduled to have my vehicle serviced at this location two days ago. My appointment was for 8am. I called at noon and was told that vehicle had not been assigned to a technician, but the tech would look at when they got back. Never heard anything from service department. I called again at 430pm and was advised that the vehicle still had not been assessed. No phone calls or updates provided by the time they had closed at 630pm. Horrible service. The right thing to do was let me know when I made the appointment that you were so far behind. I could have taken to another dealer.
Terrible experience my car needed 2 tires repaired and fixing the park assist. Booked my appointment online in their website with 2 days in advantage, when I got there at 3pm they told me they couldnt check the car. They didnt know why the system allowed me to schedule an appointment for 3pm, that I have to bring the car another day, and it needed to be early 8am so the technician was there. So I schedule another appointment for Wednesday the following week. I dropped the car at 7:45am, at 3:30pm I called to get an update, I was told the car was in line, no one had checked it yet. Called again for an update Thursday, the technician has the car in the lift, well call you with an update, they never called. Called Friday morning, the technician is sick, we dont know if he will be in today So Friday afternoon I decided to go pick up the car, I was told the car was in the lift but they didnt do anything to it, I asked again to make sure and not to worry about a part falling off the car in my way home.Took the car Tuesday to a different shop, and they told me the car was missing a rear parking sensor, immediately call Bob Hook Service, to let them know because they told me they didnt do anything to the car, he told me he will speak to the technician and he will call me right back, which he never did. Now they are calling me to tell me I have to pay a diagnostic fee!!! Really ???You failed to honor my first appointment, had the car for 3 days and didnt fix it, told me you didnt do anything to it and you want me to pay, for what? Wasting my time taking it there?Never again.
No service provided! They had my truck all day. Scheduled service online had appointment @830am. They Never got to my truck. Said they overbooked. To many walk ups? I scheduled and they put people ahead of me that did not schedule? Makes no sense. They did not offer me any customer service for their inconveniencing me.Just here is your truck. Unacceptable won’t be back.
I at first gave them a good review but after spending right at $1000 on new brakes and rotors. I have been back, 2 times and both times brakes squeak told me I dont know what Im talking about. Second time told me they put some kind of dust or something should not be squeaky. I purchased this truck from them less than a year ago. Now I dont even like driving it. I would go somewhere else to get customer service like it should be instead of being called a lair and its fine drive it. Oh told me all brakes squeak. None of my other trucks / Jeep squeak
I cannot say enough good about the folks at this place. Every time I take my car for service they are super friendly and very prompt. They run a very well oiled machine there. Service manager is top notch. I will not take my car anywhere else for service.
Got an appointment, waited 6 1/2 hrs. Just for them to tell me they wouldnt be able to get to it. Got another appointment and ended up paying more than I was quoted. This dealership used to have great service but not so great now. I will not be going back.

Car came out with my initial issue fixed yet with a new much worse issue. After being overcharged, I was allowed to drive out of this certified Chevrolet dealership BY THE MANAGER in a vehicle that was a direct endangerment my life and others. STAY AWAY...
Experience was no where near what I thought it should have been, very disappointed, went to have a new set of tires put on my truck that I had previously purchased there about 6 months ago, I clearly stated that I wanted a all season tires, tires that was order was sitting in an aisle way when I was shown them, could not really see the tire all that well told the service advisor to make sure they where, he pulled it up on his computer, it stated that they were, after they where mounted I went out and looked at the tire and it had all terrain marked on the side wall which was not visible in the service area, told the service tech u didnt want them, they told me that I basically bought them because they where installed, had to have a higher prices tire installed and pay triple mount and balance in order to get my truck . Bottom line I will not be doing businesses there any more.
I bought my 2020 Blazer from this dealership. dealt with a great salesman. A couple of days after getting it home my daughter was sitting in the backseat asking how to get out. jokingly I told her just unlock it and get out. She said it was missing that piece. I got out, looked and low and behold it was missing the knob for the lock / unlock. So I called my sales rep, he was about as shocked as I was and put in an order and said it should only take a couple of days. So this is where it got bad, other than I was sold a car without all its parts... It wasnt a couple of days later it was 2 /12 to 3 weeks later I got that call. Then I was told its probably something they can just screw on or at least pop the panel and put on and pop the panel back on. So I told the guy Id try and make it Saturday, well I wasnt in town. So I came on the next available time I could. Monday morning. Got there and was told it shouldnt take but 30-45 min. Told them good cause I couldnt wait any longer than that as I had to be at work. 55 min later I went up to the counter and asked if they were done. the guy says they should of been done by now and walked back there. When the guy came back he said they just pulled in my car. I was so irritated that I had to walk out, but my fiancé took over. They told her that I promised to bring it in Saturday and should of had the vehicle in then. He also told her that their team have never put in a door lock cap on the new blazer so it would take extra time to do it. This is definitely not was explained. Then after explaining to him that i need to get to work the person asked if I wanted to rent a car.... really??? This is the same service depart that the last time I bought a vehicle from them they tried selling me 275.00 in air filters on my first oil change saying they were due to be replaced. Their sales team might be wonderful but you will get better service from the service department from the DMV.
One of the best in town for to buy a new Chevy or service your automobile. The service department is par excellence in every way, including honesty. Having purchased my Impala here and getting serviced, I should know. Look up Timothy Sanders for your service needs.

The men (and women) who work at Bob Hook Chevrolet have always been so kind to me when taking my Chevrolet Cruze in for service. They offered tea/coffee/water when waiting for my vehicle, and they also have a private work area if you need to get some things done. They also offer a Curteousy Vehicle if you need to travel somewhere, they are so sweet!

I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff is friendly, but I get pressured about things Ive told them I cant afford. I told them my exact budget for the last repairs I went in for, was told it would be ok, and then was presented with a bill $100 over that AND was pressured to schedule an appointment to do the work that I couldnt afford that day.
