I’ve being a customer at the Jeffersontown Kentucky Farm Bureau for as long as I can remember. They are a great, professional, friendly, and extremely responsive agency. They’ve always assisted me with questions and helped guide me and make changes as I needed. Just today I called to make a vehicle change, and Cheryl had it done and rated with new premium, and new proof of insurance cards emailed in five minutes! Highly recommend!

Worst of the worst. Bill Cornetts incompetence has not only frustrated us but left us under insured and at risk. Thank goodness we got away from them and received competent counsel by someone who was interested in our welfare and not their pay check.

Ryan Knoth with this KY Farm Bureau office is the best of the best. I’ve used him for all my personal insurance needs for several years and have referred countless clients to him- I’ve never had anyone referred to him who wasn’t thrilled with the customer service Ryan provided them.

Almost every time I reach out to my agent, she is out of the office or not available. Also, every 6 months the rates increase with out any explanation. Customer service is always reactionary, no check in calls or anything to see if they could help in any way. The Sr. Property Adjuster is rude and arrogant to deal with.

Always gets back with me when I need him and walks me through every step of the way.
