They deserve no stars but it wont let me post my review without at least giving 1 star. This agent made fraudulent papers for our insurance declaration. Our daughter was supposed to be added as an additional driver, they had us pay extra accordingly to that rate and they never put her on the paperwork and wont change it. I had to report them to the Dept of Insurance and Better Business Bureau. Thats alright, I have every conversation that we haf from the beginning recorded, Im calling the corporate office too. KY Farm Bureau is a Good Company but DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH, THEY ATE DECEITFUL! We had to get insurance with a different insurance company after all this. Very disappointed in this branch and how they are taking advantage of the Black Community in this Area, they should be Ashamed and KY Farm Bureau should close them down.

They refuse me a quote because my car was an 08 and my zipcode, the worst customer service ever

Just called for a quote for 3 autos and a home and they refuse to give me one without title and proof of current insurance on the cars. Avoid these people, there is no reason to ever have to provide that information for a quote.
