I have been with Spalding Insurance for over 11 years now. They have always been there for me whether it’s about checking rates every year or needing a quote before purchasing a vehicle. I had Spalding insurance for several years and was happy during that time. The problem is if you cancel. I have been trying to deal with cancellation for 6 months!!! Even though I cancelled 6 months ago I am still getting bills. I have called and emailed with no resolve. Very disappointing as they were very nice when getting my business.

Do not trust these guys, they’ll tell you that your auto insurance is a set amount, then they will turn around and charge you an additional 50-60 dollars on top of what you thought your bill was.Then they had the nerve to tell me “Sorry, someone in our office gave you the wrong information, she’s fired now!” How in the world is that going to help me !???
