Had no problems with renewing my membership with State Farm. I previously had Kentucky Farm Bureau who kept raising your rates even though you werent driving much. I would highly recommend Vince and his team for all your insurance needs.

Absolutely a joke. I left a different state farm agent due to them causing a lapse in coverage cause they wouldnt fix my address. At first everything was good, low rate and i figured auto renewal would help solve any address issues. Well just to get dropped for frequent of claims. The kicker is i only had 2 but some how or another it showed 8 and trying to have them get to the bottom of just that was like have your teeth pulled with no novacaine. The office people didnt know, so i call corporate just to get transfered 7 times to be told the office has to correct it. Really? Absolute ridiculous.

Recently I was involved in a hit and run accident, resulting in a total loss of my 1999 Toyota Corolla.
