Rob was Awesome and Honest !!! He was very knowledgeable about diagnosing my fridge and had the parts and fixed it and had my fridge fixed the same day .

Was very disappointed in Rob. Unreliable, unorganized and unprofessional. Scheduled a visit for 2:30 PM, was told they are running late and will be coming in at 5 PM, when no one showed up till 5:30 Ive tried to call to get an update with no result. Was later told they will be over within 20 minutes, 90 minutes later at 9 PM Rob came in and diagnosed the problem. Ive spent entire day waiting for him to come, it was my mothers birthday I had plans for. The part was on back order but available from Ebay sooner, Rob was adamant about purchasing a part from a retailer where he can warranty it. We ended up purchasing a new refrigerator. Ive offered my old refrigerator to Rob, for an nominal amount where he expressed interested and told me he will pick it up, it was a gentlemans agreement over the phone. It was supposed to be picked up by delivery guys as a part of the service but I held on to it for Rob. After 2 days of back and forth and it occupying space in my garage I had to pay to have it removed.

Rob was great and very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and what was needed to fix our issues. They were very response and professional would highly recommended to anyone in need. Thanks again Rob
