I do not recommend this company. I called and had an appointment set with them. Someone was supposed to come between 10am-2pm (and call prior to arriving). I did not ever hear from anyone, my husband and I both called that afternoon and the next day, and no one ever answered the phone.

This was an adventure with a good ending. Roger came very quickly to diagnose, took our payment for the part and ordered it. He was scheduled to come back a few days later, but didnt call or show. We got a hold of him and he apologized for the lack of communication but the part wasnt in. He came a couple days later and installed it, and I paid for the labor. Unfortunately, a week later the freezer was doing the same thing it had been doing before the repair. I called and they said they suspected it was a faulty part and would take care of us. 2 weeks later we finally got him there and he replaced the faulty part and it seems to be working correctly now. They did take care of us. But those 2 weeks were a tough period of waiting. I highly recommend Speedy Appliance for their skills and proficiency at appliance repair, but they could definitely improve their communication.

I would recommended anyone looking for good services with reasonable parts and labor...it like the guy Roger will always look a way out to keep your money into your pocket...we almost thought we needed another Washer...but this guy Rogers saved me from spending with another Washer...The service is Good, and they are so quick like Your calling a friend or a family to help you out to fix it for you...that is who they are.....I would give more than 5 stars if it were available...

We had the same exact experience as multiple other reviewers here. Roger came out to repair our washing machine. He ordered the part he claimed was broken (obviously the most expensive part). He installed it and then bolted as soon as we paid him. I went downstairs to start a load and its still not working. We spent the next three weeks trying to get him to come back and fix it. After four appointments in which he didnt call or didnt show up we gave up hope of seeing him again. Roger Sutherland (and his wife who works the phones) is either an incompetent repairman or a thief, quite possibly both. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be taken in by this conman.

Above are talked about Shaun and how great he was fixing my dryer. Shaun was supposed to return for weeks ago and never did. After speaking to Roger and the lady who answers the phone, Shaun had passed away in a motorcycle accident. I had Roger reschedule six different times to come out to fix my fridge raider and he has not showed up. Every time IEvery time I talk to the lady who answered the phone she says she’s rescheduling me for the next day but somehow I never end up on the schedule and no one ever shows for my 10 AM to 2 PM appointment. I’ve already paid for the parts and they will not show up to fix my refrigerator with the part. Please use someone else and not this company. They take your money upfront for parts and never show up to fix your issue.Prior to using them I saw someone else with the same comment that I’m doing right now. I’ve been scammed!!!! They need to be cheeses and sent to jail for theft by deception.

This company came out to repair my washer. I paid the service fee and to order the part to fix it. They didn’t come on the day they were supposed too but the guy who came had truck problems so no big deal I understand that. When he did come he put the part in and bolted out the door. The same problem happened 2 minutes after he left and because they have 1 guy covering all of Louisville he couldn’t just turn around to come back and fix it. I had another company come out and tell me the real problem and luckily for me they know who owns this company. I had tried to get a refund for at least the part not the service and labor just the part and they weren’t trying to do that until this other company came out. When they finally said they would give me a refund they said it takes at most 2 weeks. Well it’s been almost 4 and I have no refund and haven’t heard from them. They just said they were going to give me a refund so that I wouldn’t write a bad review. Take your business else where people this place is terrible.I have left multiple messages and have not received a call back. This seems to be the only way to hear back from the company.

If youre looking for an appliance company to order the correct parts, to answer the phone when you call, to return emails, to return voicemails, to be reasonably priced, then CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY in the city!!!This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company does not care about anything other than taking your money and running. I wouldnt recommend anyone give Speedy Appliance their business under any circumstance! If they were the last appliance repair company on this Earth, Id tell you to throw it away and buy a new appliance before Id tell you to work with Speedy Appliance.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Mr. Roger was the best, he diagnosed & shown me the problem then quickly fixed it and got our fridge running good again. Everybody very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Speedy Appliance 😃.

Although I was very upset at why I had to call Speedy Appliance repair due to I had to have them come fix my washer that my apartment complex no longer repairs per the new lease agreement, I was beyond pleased with the service I received. I was handled very professionally and the guys were extremely knowledgeable, had my part on hand, guaranteed their work and their rates were very reasonable considering they had to take apart my whole washer almost to replace the part!!! When I move in a few months and buy my own appliances I will most definitely use them again if something breaks.

We had a leak in our freezer for some time and decided to call Speedy Appliance based on their stellar reviews. Roger came out to fix the issue 3 different times and was knowledgeable and kind every time. We did have an appointment scheduled this past weekend that was missed, however once Roger realized they missed the appointment he gave me a call immediately to make things right. They do care deeply about customer satisfaction and I appreciate their hard work.

Mr. Rodger is so nice, professional, affordable, & informative. He was able to repair my oven the day after I called. Would have been same day, but I called near closing of business day. I’m so grateful that he was able to complete the job, and in a matter of minutes! I highly recommend his business. Thank you.

Wish I would have known this company doesnt guarantee their work. Four trips to my house and appliance is still broke. All I did was waste alot of time & money. Was told if I still wanted it repaired Id have to pay more. I dont have anymore money to keep guessing what the problem is. Just very disappointing

I strongly recommend you consider another company 3 appointments With 4 hour windows no show no call on 1 ordered parts on the other 2 visits appliance still not repaired, They will try to take advantage of you.Roger doesnt respect your time your home or your money. This guy doesnt value you as a customer. We consider using a large company but insisted on buy local and supporting our on. Boy was that a mistake.Roger in the future stand on your word and stand behind your work $515.43 total $255.45 in parts that i didnt need and Im left with 2 still broken appliances. And a deep since of satisfaction knowing that I told you to get out of my house.

Multiple trips out to my house over a three-week period in May and early June still doesnt have my refrigerator repaired. For some odd reason, I was conned into pre-paying for the labor and parts ... and still nothing works properly! So far I am out $320.JUNE UPDATE --- Today, the repairman returned and we troubleshooted the problem together, which turned out to be a pressure issue at the water line connection to the cold pipe. By loosening and re-tightening the water inlet in the crawl space, it restored water pressure enough to get both the ice tray and water dispenser to working properly again.Shawn, the repairman and owners brother, said he would have the $68 filter that I didnt order or want refunded. Its now exactly two months later, and still NO REFUND.

Had a washer leak- Roger came by the same day with Mary, inspected it and determined it was probably just a clog or some clothing that had blocked the vent- it didnt leak while they were here. They charged a very reasonable fee, were very easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions.They were very honest. Weve since been using it and no leak.

Had my refrigerator repaired last week. Roger was very friendly, personable and professional. Had the repair done and fridge back up and running in less than 30 minutes and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Rodger answered my call on a Sunday and kept me posted on his schedule for the service call on Monday. The refrigerator repair was quick and very reasonably priced... He even repaired a stove issue (that I just mentioned in passing) at a significant discount because he was on site. Although I hope to not have repeated appliance issues... If I could give more stars I would give more. This is more than just another company or business that fixes appliances. They actually care. I gave him a call and asked a couple questions about costs and told him what was up with my dryer. He came with his wife the same day (today) and checked it. In less than 5mins, he knew what was wrong. He’s been at it for about 25 years and his wife and him were telling me how he got started. We talked about a lot a stuff all while he took apart my dryer like it was second nature. Anyway he quoted me after the diagnosis and I paid him to fix it. He met me not even an hour later after obtaining the part and got it in. While they were here, a situation came up. He even went as far as to follow up with me hours after the fact and he had done the job. This is truly amazing service. They went above and far beyond. It meant a lot and I love to see that I was more than just another customer. Please give these guys shot. I hesitated and regret hesitating. I’m so glad I made the call.

Good experience. The technician was friendly and really seemed to be knowledgeable about the product. The repair was done quick and efficiently. The only downside was a slightly unprofessional appearance.
