Over the last few years my company has utilized Ryders services pretty consistently. They have certainly got their operations down and operate quite well. The service department always keeps the trucks tidy and well maintained and the service department is always a pleasure to deal with. Always appreciative of the service we received. When you call in, ask for Jessica... shes great!

Always a great experience at this location. Over the past few years there have been a few representatives and all have been great. Jessica is currently in the rental department and always a pleasure to work with as well. She is awesome! They keep the trucks clean, well kept and always make right of any issues that come up. Our company rents a truck for our route every other week of the year. We have rented from all the different companies over the years, and Ryder provides the best customer service of any of them. A couple of years ago we were in need of a truck on short notice, and were able to rent one from the 83rd St. location. The great service I received that day has kept me renting from this location, even though there are a couple other rental locations closer to me. This is a gem of a location and Nestor who works behind the desk has been the best rental agent they have ever had. The care and interest in his clients needs is obvious, and that is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work!

This location is centralized and close to LAX. Nestor is awesome and never fails to accommodate whenever a truck is needed. He does what it takes to fulfill our company needs. Nestor is very reliable and follows through all the time!
