Disgusting service, for the second time I order hitch for Corolla 2 times waited a week paid for fast delivery, but they called they say your order will not be, you dont want to cancel the order, Im just shocked, I dont want to take something else from here👎👎👎👎👎

Called uhaul to rent a small pickup. Explained that I lost my license over phone and was told to come down and talk to manage. After paying for an Uber the manager acted as if I was stupid for coming in the first place when his staff had me come in anyways. Not that I would even think about this place in any other case just know this guy is not in the least bit helpful or even courteous.

Be aware with the level of gas. I was committed that I spent 3.48 gallons on 17 miles 😂

They are a disaster, I booked a van and when it arrived the place was closed. The really disastrous telephone attention, they sent me to another place and when I arrived, they didnt have the reservation. Of course, they didnt have the truck that I booked and I had to use another one and pay more for insurance, they are soooooo much. They play with peoples time so ... Stay away from UHAUL !! To top it off, the online site says they guarantee you the reservation or they give you $ 50, when I told them to give me the money because my reservation was not there, they told me that I did not qualify because they did not have the reservation in the system, they are liars !!! If I had a negative rating, I would definitely put it on. NEVER MORE, VERY LITTLE PROFESSIONALS, AND PESIMA ATTENTION.
