Worst customer service waited 4 hours, when I was told it was a 60-90 min wait and I was told their will be a pre charge … and they charge me the whole amount. Worst worst customer service!!!!

Had really good experience! Husbands car wouldnt turn on so I had to call a tow services to pick up his car they were fast and friendly. I think his name was Joe or Joel he was super nice and friendly even helped me get my husbands car into our garage! Definitely recommend them😊

This company is nothing but a scam. Waited over 2.5 hours and G1 tow showed up not South Tow. They tried to charge me 500 for an 8 mile tow and threatened me with a 150 cancelation charge. Fortunately CHP showed up and impounded the G1 truck. Spoke with a reputable tow company who stated there are many tow companies with good Google reviews that are nothing more than dispatch call centers who negotiate with less than reputable tow companies. Stay away from any company that asks you to pay before they provide you the tow.

Unfair and professional practice.so I called to schedule a tow and operator said they were going to call me back 30 minutes go by and I call them back.I catch the operator backpedaling after asking whats the estimated time of arrival she says she doesnt know I asked her if I can schedule for tomorrow she gets on the phone and calls their technician.She tells me that they need a date and time which was what I needed from them when I called to getgan eta now having waited 30 minutes they tell me it going to be one more hour because of traffic. Im held hostage with there cancellation fee.Im pretty sure they didnt even dispatch a technician Im told me that they already had someone in route.

The price was fair and he was at my car pretty fast. One of the nicer tow truck drivers. I think the drivers name is dick.

Nothing but thieves! Dispatch told me $90 driver jumped the price to $290, and then the owner calls me and cussed me out, worst customer service ever

Grate service. Tow truck operator (Lee) was very friendly. Fast, quick, and easy. No Problems and Excellent customer service.

I had a flat tire. Joel came very fast and fixed my car. It was good.

First they take a nonrefundable deposit of $50- then they said 30-45 minutes and showed up 3 hours later... Dont trust this company unless you have nothing better to do.

Joel helped us and he was very quick and efficient with the tow. they even helped us maneuver it into a tight parking spot in our block.

Do not ever go to these guys they are such a rip off they will quote you something over the phone saying $65 to come out there and $45 for labor because I accidentally locked my keys in my car when the person came they charge me an additional $85 after I had signed the receipt and said that it was very difficult for them what it took them 2 minutes to open my door that they said give us a positive review on Yelp and we will discount it and they have to see it so after I posted they gave me $4 off and then set oh wait we forgot to charge you tax this is such a miserable business all I have to say is whatever goes around comes around you measly schmuck the guy couldnt even add properly the numbers in his head he was trying to make it higher and higher take your business somewhere else beware I had to edit this review after he left what an idiot

Told me 30 mins and took an hour, took another 30 mins to charge me 145 for a mile tow that took 5 mins to get home. And hung up on me when i called to verify the pricing. Idk how it has good reviews SMH!!

38% higher charge than quoted. Operator said office sets price, office says operator sets price. Service was on time and professional. Wont use service again.
