Jose is amazing! Our Tesla had completely died without any apparent warning and so we called for either a jumpstart or towing (turns out, vehicle does need a 12 volt battery change). Low and behold, we got the owner himself, who since hes been working with Teslas from 2008 knows all about them! Came out in great time despite all of the construction clogging up our street. Tesla jumpstarted and made sure everything was up and running and finally the Tesla service warning came up about needing a battery change. We hope Tesla keeps sending Jose out cuz hes awesome! :) :)

The ETA on my Tesla loaner-wheel replacement was stated as 90 minutes, but the serviceman didnt reach for 5 hours since he didnt know the locality well enough to access my exact location. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the wait time, the towing company personnel began to rudely yell and scream at me over the phone demanding payment, and ultimately cut the call in the midst of conversation. He instructed the serviceman to leave the site immediately and simply allow Tesla to charge me full price for the wheel. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of C&Rs customer service.
