I had a pleasant experience! Abis was the person who assisted me & my vehicle home. They came FAST @ 1am within 20 mins from the time i called and its also the time they initially quoted me.the price was $140, which is reasonable compared to the only other place that answered at that time & quoted me $250. i was only going 10-12 minutes away.he packed my car up good & gently and was very friendly, in a concerned uncle type of way not in a weird way. i could tell he was a good person & he made my stressful night a little bit better. thank you so much ❤️

Very Rude customer service. Did not let us explain where the car was and how the truck can pick up.. She says what everyone can do?? since when is Carmel everyone?? They are just bad customer service. I would recommend a professional truck service.

I had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Kevin from the Sunset branch. He went out of his way to get my tire swapped out for me also giving me great referrals on where to go to fix it ASAP. My car broke down on the freeway at 3am, and Juan showed up almost immediately after I called AAA. He made me feel safe on the road while I waited for him and he took me home in no time. Could not have had a better experience!

They came out via a AAA call and were fast and courteous. Took my truck to the dealership and even followed up with calls and helped me inquiries. Recomend

Seth arrived in five minutes flat. He was super kind, and couldn’t have been more helpful. I thought my battery was fried and just needed to be replaced, but he set me straight based on the symptoms I described and I learned a thing or two about alternators. Nobody likes getting towed, but it was a pleasant customer-service experience.

The driver name Jesus was really rude and not willing to help. He came really slow. I asked him to change my car battery but he couldnt do it. The worse costumer service experience

After getting in an accident, and being really shaken up, Fidel showed up earlier than the time quoted by AAA, and was friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. He towed my car all the way from Hollywood to my preferred garage by my home in Glendale, no problem. I was so relieved to be shown such kindness after a really crummy incident.

Juan was great. Efficient and experienced. Jumped my car, put it on the flatbed in no time and let me sit in his truck so I wouldn’t be cold waiting. Great service!

If I could rate this company lower than one star, I would. They damaged my vehicle and are refusing to take responsibility for it. When confronted on this, they became belligerent and started spouting obscenities. They don’t even know how to do their job. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

When the driver arived at the scene of the accident where my car was totaled and I was injured, the tow driver refused to tow my car to my home.He said I wasnt worth his time. He informed me it was more profitable for him to go tow cars on Hollywood Blvd who parked overnight illegally than it was to help me.This company is morally bankrupt and the service is unacceptable. I wish that was the only time I had a problem with this company.Have launched an official complaint with AAA to try to get this company taken off of their aproved towing list.

Dealt with a man named Fidel. Very quick service, nice guy, showed me how to fix the problem with my battery. 10/10 amazing service. Highly recommended!

I locked my keys in my car while vacationing in LA. I called Triple A and they dispatched Carmel Towing who showed up in just a few minutes. Chris was very nice but accidentally damaged my passenger side window attempting to get it unlocked. He did get it unlocked and told me to contact them when I got back home to Las Vegas and they would take care of the cost to replace the window. I sent them a letter with the receipt for replacing the window and I received a reimbursement check within a few days. Sometimes things unfortunately go wrong but Carmel Towing did the right thing and took care of it without question.

Its took them over than two hours to come to my place and they also scratch my car during towing

My car shut off on me in the middle of the freeway and I called 30 towing companies and they wouldn’t help me and just when I was about to give up I called here and they showed up fast and got me towed. I’m definitely referring this place to my friends.

The driver who works for this company is a huge jerk. He is rude and inconsiderate. Very poor character. He was outside of an apartment complex waiting and did not properly park on a residential street even though he was taking up two parallel parking spots. When I asked him to scoot up and move so that I could park, he refused. Zero human decency
