Broke down on side of the freeway in the early morning on my way home from work. I called at 2:45 am and was given a eta of 3:50am. Never received a confirmation call or text message. So I call back at 3:50am and was then told4:30am driver shows up and tells me he can’t take me home and he’ll take me to the next freeway exit because he’s the only driver working right now. I asked why he didn’t tell that to the aaa dispatch when he first got the call. And why not the second time when they called him to get a time of arrival of 4:30am. He said “do you have a problem “ like he was about to fight me. I asked him to leave.Crazy world, very unprofessional rude and aggressive manner. Will not ever use this company .

The tow truck driver was here early then what i expected not only was here. Supet quick ye also did me the favor and waited 4 me due 2 the fact tht I left my Phone in the car and he called like 5time and he still waited ill definetly use there service again also druver 4 very professional

Allen was mine and my girlfriend’s guardian angel today. After blowing a tire on the highway, he picked us and the car up promptly and took us to the tire shop. In these crazy covid times, you just don’t meet honest and dependable people anymore. He was kind and empathetic and helped turn our potentially hours long delay into less than an hour. Without Allen and Toledo Towing, our entire day would have been ruined. Thanks again, Allen. Good luck with everything. We so appreciate you salvaging our bad day.

I waited for 3 hours then when my car was finally towed the tow truck driver broke the cars axle when he hooked it up and pulled it up his ramp. Then even worse he didnt even apologize when I pointed that out.

Don’t even waste your time. Driver will never show up and customer service was so rude. It would be better to roll your car up a hill than try to use this service.

No office its hidden in the middle of an industrial area hard to find and scary. Dont know why they would have a police impound in that area. Like our cars dont mean anything to the city. Horrible especially at night. Very scary no light bad bad area.

On 12/17/2020 my car broke down . AAA was called at about 5pm for towing services and we were connected to Brians Toledo Towing. Brians towing gave us an ETA of 50 minutes to an hour. Waited and waited, no one ever showed up. Not a phone call or text. By this time it was about 6:30pm. We called AAA again and let them know no one has showed up, called or texted. AAA then connected us to Brians Toledo Towing again, they said they called and got no response (not true) so the tow was canceled. So now we have to wait another hour!!! Its 8pm and again no one shows ups, no one calls. AAA can only apologize for the 3 hours weve been waiting since these towing companies are independent contractors. In the end we had to find another towing company to have the car towed, at that point it didnt even matter if we had to pay out of pocket. This is the worse towing company Ive ever came across and by the looks of their reviews other people seem to have the same issue with this place. If AAA gives you Brians Toledo Towing for services tell them hell no! and get a better towing company otherwise youll be left stranded for hours!!!

Worst experience ever!! I was given an ETA of 35-45 minutes. Gave them 50 and still no show. Called and the man (whose name I wish I could remember) did not seem to know about my call. He kept asking if I was the call that got locked out of my car. I reminded him that we were the ones who needed a tow. He seemed lost but said they would be there in 15-20 minutes. I gave them another 25 minutes. Still no show. I called and he again was lost, said he thought we were in another city and that it would take them 45 minutes to get to us!!!!!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and he pretended to put me on hold but I could hear he just put the phone down because I could hear all the background talk and then he hung up on me. I called back and was again put on “hold” and then the same person picks up trying to pretend he is a supervisor. Wow! At this point I’m livid and I raise my voice. He couldn’t care less about the grief he was causing. He responded with aggression and hung up. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Avoid this company at all cost.

I called Triple A and they said Brian Toledo’s Towing would be here within an hour. After waiting an hour, he never showed up and I called Triple A again and they tried to get a hold of the towing company but they never answered so the tow was canceled. Worst part was that their towing office was only 1.6 miles away and I waited over an hour for a tow that was never going to come. Don’t use this company unless you want to be stranded.

I wish I could remember the name of the tow specialist that helped me last night...Sir you are a surgeon with vehicles. You maneuvered that flatbed and my own truck like a true pro. Thank you for rescuing me. I had a bad experience with another operator (different tow company) that claimed my situation was a ‘push job’ and could not be done because of the size of the flatbed he showed up in....it’s clear to me now that he was just too chicken to get the job DONE. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Brian’s Toledo Towing Service, Inc. for having an awesome specialist on your payroll!!!!

When they invented the phrase highway robbery it was Brian Toledo Towing they were talking about. $320!!! Just to get your car off the freeway! Seriously, they wanted to charge over $100 more to tow the car to a shop 5 miles away!! Shame on YOU! And Shame on the highway patrol for recommending them! 🐍

Great Service way better than LA tow!

One star is too much for this company!, they not only not show up but didnt answer my phone calls and had me wait with my kids for two hrs!! I called them at 11pm and at 2 am they were still a no show I was lucky enough to have my sister who had AAA and called them and they got to my site 20 min

Very dangerous driving on the roads. Cutting off cars jumping curbs just for fun chasing with another buddy of his same towing. Managers should have a talk with the drivers.

Called AAA to send my sidecar motorcycle to a shop in Ventura. (I Paid for the extra rev/motorcycle coverage )They dispatched this company and then I got a call back from AAA saying that there truck broke down.You mean, they didn’t want to provide customer service. It’s to bad they didn’t want to provide value to their paying clients.After confirming with the AAA agent, she confirmed that independent tow yards do that when they don’t want to send there drivers far.God bless you Bryant’s towing.

The employees here were super nice, but it felt like being mugged by a friendly person. Our car was stolen and police located it at this lot. We came by that night and they said to come back next day (another $60 for another day). We waited over 3 hours at the gate for them to release our car, and were charged an extra $100 because it was a Sunday. No discount even though police reported it stolen, alright, but paying $435 to retrieve a stolen car feels predatory. Good luck to any poor future saps stuck in this situation

Horrible service. the short drive To the shop by the driver Charlie not inlybdinhe leave with my personal items in the vehicle after unloading the car he never veofoed if ikwas the AAA MEMEMBER AND OBVIOUSLY SAW MY ITEMS AND THREW THEM AWAY INTENTIONALLY it ain’t my fault your short drive was misrouted by the Aaa dispatcher once again not a short story but a very small outcome that came short of my expectations no point intended on the word short chucky. And the driver had the nerve to attempt to fight me after I asked what he did with my items his response was “i threw them away and what?”

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Tow truck drivers showed up hours late. Then they proceeded to tow my car and THE DRIVER LOST MY KEY!My car was then stuck where the driver dropped the car until A new key was ordered over Christmas and I was stuck without a car for TWO WEEKS due to the Holiday! Then they REFUSED to reimburse me for the key they lost after I ordered a new one and I was out of pocket not only for the Car Key and programming cost but for the Rent A Car I was forced to use during this time. WORST TOWING COMPANY IVE EVER USED IN 20 years
