This facility is well kept. I was astonished to see so many team players, team work makes the dream works. I love the way the staff get along well with one another. Down to earth mature adults. Never short of supplies. Im not bragging Im just impressed with the entire staffing.

This place needs seriously guidance they hire people on a Monday and get rid of them on a Friday saying that they didn’t know that they were overstaffed very unprofessional no communication whatsoever the staff really needs to work on their communication skills because you don’t hire somebody and then all of a sudden have to let them go and say that we have to put you on a on call that is unprofessional so they need to have better communication with all Administrator DSD DON about their staff so hands-down on this facility.

I trusted the staff and administrator to take care of several of my family members and was very pleased with the service and loving care they provided to my family. The facility was always clean, the food was always delicious and the staff were caring and dedicated to the quality of care. I previously worked for the State of CA as auditor and this was one of the better facilities because they provide a family-like environment where the residents are happy and treated with respect first and foremost. Me and my family were very pleased with the superior service and dedication. We are truly grateful. Thank MMCH for everything.

When I started nursing school I started at Manchester Manor. Eventually I worked as a charge nurse for a short while. I grew as nurse I loved the staff and residents. The Administrator Phaedra. Real sweetheart. Keep serving and being a beacon of love and light in the community.

The most nicest nurse Ive ever met... I believe her name was Maggie. Kind, attentive and a big smile... The residents seem to love her... Nice place.

My niece has been at Manchester manor almost two years. She was totally dependent on others and very depressed. However since she has been at Manchester manor she has improved. Because of patient and kind caring staff she has gained some independence and is a lot happier. The facility is neat, clean and odor . Unlikeprevious comments the food is good is good,no hot dogs and no complaints from my neice. The place is clean and odor free.i have worked at several hospital and convalescent hospitals and would easily spot problems. Her skin and hair show 100% improvement thanks to kind caring nursing assistants. Would recommend this facility to others.

Unfortunately what the comments say is true . The staff really don’t care about the residents at all, I came here to do my externship ( the administrator can not say I didn’t I have proof ) and I was devastated to see the conditions that the residents were in . A lot of the staff were neglectful, one thing that caught my attention was the fact that every resident gets the same prescription, I’m sure not everybody needs the same meds, and when I questioned the supervisor about it she told me to stay out of it and to do my job. I was asked by a resident if they could go outside and enjoy the sun and when I went to ask my supervisor she said they weren’t allowed to go outside, as far as I’m aware this isn’t a prison where the people can’t go outside for a bit . The residents there would also tell me the stories of the so called “ best nurses and staff” it’s a really depressing place to take your loved ones . This convalescent home really broke my heart as I saw what goes on behind the fake smiles you see when you drop off your loved ones . And no administrator we couldn’t bring it to your attention because you would just try to mask it all so don’t come for my comment, I writing down facts. thank you

Dont take your family here. Food is disgusting. Hot dogs for every meal. They Dont care for the patients right. Have bed sores. They try to hide evidence of patients breaking bones and dying. Roaches all over the patients rooms. Completely neglect them. Just completely unacceptable to bring ur family member here. State needs to shut this place down asap!

Messy staff, neglectful! They dont do their seconds rounds at all 7 to 3, and their staff drink alcohol on the premises after 7pm..!the place to be if you dont want anything better for yourself .. I wouldnt send my enemy to this place! Horrible, !roach infested, basically a morgue! When working their 3 people died in one month and the patients are always getting infections ! Wonder why!? They must not be getting quality care! Small facility and too many messy people! Basically a big elementary ..!dont trust them with your relatives lives..
