Worst experience ever. I called them 6 times over the course of 2 days to repair the refrigerator at the company I work for. They only answered 1 time, and at that time they said someone would call me back. Big surprise.. Nobody did. I knew that our refrigerator was old and needed to be replaced. I just needed a quote for repairs so I could show my plant manager we needed a new one, and that we were prepared to buy a new one from this company. But since I never got a call back or had anybody answer the phone... I bought 2 new refrigerators on line for $8k a piece from global industrial supply. Good job, you guys missed out on a corporate purchase. I Hope this review gets back to a regional manager and see what a team he or she has. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I highly recommend this business! He immediately answered my phone call on a Saturday, was professional and polite, and was able to meet with me for a dishwasher repair within 48 hours. He arrived in uniform, on time, and with an assistant. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and then fixed it within 15 minutes. Their rates were very reasonable. They did a terrific job and I would hire them again. Highly recommend!

It was the weekend when I called. True Refrigeration Repair called back Monday morning promptly as his voicemail suggested. He did an initial assessment over the phone. He later called back with an estimated range and showed up the same day with the required part. During the visit, I felt well-informed and gained a better understanding of how the fridge operates, and therefore the possible reason causing the symptom. It has been one week after replacing the identified component and the symptom did not come back since.

Had burst water main, unsure of why. from plumbing was prompt and professional, able to fix it very quickly. It was called after hours but no problem. I would highly recommend.

It took 3 visits to fix 3 separate problems with our fridge (bad freezer fan, dirty condenser, bad compressor relay) but only charged labor for 2 because thats just the kind of guy he is. He carries a lot of parts with him so he had the ones he needed with him when he distinguishes the problem. I will clearly use him again for our next appliance repair.
