Shady area and they do not sell appliance parts. Got there and saw at the store front everything else being sold but appliances. I saw toilet paper and brooms. Those guy needs to change his store name. False advertisement.

No I have the right place I went in and was asking questions about service I needed and everyone there acted as if I was a virus and simply said no to everything I asked as if they did not understand the English i was speaking

When i called to set up an appointment the person i spoke to was nice. My appointment was on that Friday, the driver claimed he knocked for 15 min and yelling Vic appliances was here, he even left a message..so i called back and apologized for not answering the door.so i ask the driver could he come back he told me i had to talk to Vic..so Vic left a message on my phone telling me i wasted their time and gas and if i need help n the future call someone else. my son bedroom is by the front door, i asked him did he hear anybody knock he said no because he was up and my brother said the same thing...so the driver had to be at the wrong address..i was very offended when the owner said those things to me.. i wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.. so be careful when dealing with Vic appliances.
