We are thankful for all the technicians who have helped us from Sear company so far. We have not had good repair technicians in the past with other companies, but this company is fantastic. We will always use Sears from now on.
Scheduling the service was. Dealing with the repair on site was horrible, deplorable, and straight rude. The service tech had zero phone etiquette, was abrasive and rude with me, hung up on me and was just sour and foul with my tenant. When i called him back, he had the nerve to say he didnt hang up on me and was just yelling. Sad, the previous tech (Derek) that was there is now gone, as he was always kind and easy going. Tried to call Sears and file a complaint, was given a non-working number for their grievance department (convenient for them). Good luck getting a rep on the phone, either you get disconnected or are on hold for well over 45 minutes.
* Excellent job from the Sears technician. Much better than the 3rd party technician who was sent earlier and did nothing.
Repairman was nice enough and professional, however, the cost to unclog a freezer drain @ $351 seems exorbitant for the short service time.

Had service call because tenants washer was stopping mid cycle,Sears repair came sold me a new pump. Supposed to fix the problem. Tenant says washer is still stopping mid cycle.
