Sue is by far the most attentive and accommodating manager, she is very courteous and professional! If ever there was a issue or concern she immediately took care of it and followed through to insure the issue was resolved in a professional, respectful and timely manner. There was never a issue or a problem being overseen, she genuinely cares for the best of the residents!

I dealt with cockroaches in my apartment. The building manager Brenda sent ‘exterminators’ a few times during the year that I was there and they never stopped coming in. Her solution was that my neighbors must be dirty and she’s done all she can. once the lease ended, I obviously moved out. It’s been two weeks since I moved out and haven’t heard from the property manager or leasing manager Kaylie about when i should expect my deposit. Kaylie didn’t show up to my final inspection either. These people are not helpful, not easy to deal with and incredibly difficult to get ahold of. 0/10 would not recommend doing business.
