Spent the morning waiting around for someone from Tanler to show up and evaluate our home for treatment. Our visit window was 8 to 12 (which they confirmed by phone yesterday) and finally at 11:30am we called to check in after no one had showed up. When they answered, the receptionist told us they had to cancel and they couldnt make it. This wouldve been totally understandable except that no one bothered to call us to let us know the that they wouldnt be able to come today. So Ive missed a full morning of work waiting around for nothing without any proactive contact on their part. Disappointed in the customer service and how they wasted my time. Will not use their services.

They were prompt, professional, and honest. They thoroughly inspected our house and answered all of my questions. No condescending comments or fear tactics at all... it was a totally different experience from what I had with orkin. Recommend 10/10!

I was so happy to find a company that is reputable and serves the Culver City area where I live! I had been so worried about having to get a termite treatment on my home if I didnt truly feel comfortable with the people but from the moment the inspector walked in I knew that they were the people I would use. Everyone from the inspector to the technicians were so very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. I have recommended Tanler Termite & Pest Control to all of my friends and family for all of their pest control needs because I was so impressed by my own experience with them!! They were very responsive and thorough in answering all of my questions and also had the most competitive rates compared to other services in our area. Jeff from Tanler is a joy to work with and helped us get set up initially. He has always been very quick to answer any questions and has a lot of knowledge when it comes to pests. Even when he’s off the clock, I still catch him responding to my emails! I recently had the misfortune of experiencing termites firsthand at my new house in Santa Monica. Fortunately enough I reached out to Tanler Termite, who responded immediately and had a variety of suggestions. After an in depth conversation with the sales manager, Jeff, he promptly set an an appointment for an inspection. After taking a look at my home he suggested a localized termite treatment. My experience with Tanler Termite was nothing short of amazing! Their were responsive, courteous, and very efficient. I will absolutely be referring them to anyone and everyone I can.

I have used Tanler for a few years now. We have regular scheduled spraying for bugs and weve called them for rodent control. They are very responsive and their field technicians are very friendly and nice.

Great service. Was able to schedule a termite inspection the next day and service the following day. Henry Fuentes did a superb job for us. He treated two large wood planters outdoors without killing our lemon trees. He also thoroughly treated our attics with boric acid, which kills termites and is nontoxic to humans. He vacuumed so well know which termite droppings are new in the future. Henry arrived on time, he was thorough in his work and he has an accommodating personality. Couldnt ask for more. We plan to use Tanler Termite for our yearly inspection.

Dealing with Tanler has been hassle-free and they do a great job. Weve used them for ants, rodents and wasps.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. They helped me with a last minute termite report. When the report came back positive, they pulled a team together to get all the work done within a day!!! Larry was exceptional in explaining the work that needed to be done and gave a fair bid on the work. Adriana and Maria (in the office) went above and beyond to make sure that my realtor and escrow co. got the reports needed to close! I hands down recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done by a reputable and efficient company.

Definitely are my go to for all pest related needs. They have excellent customer service and have integrity. Really educate myself and my clients about prevention, behaviors, and characteristics of the pests which is something I really enjoy. I recommend them to anyone that has pest remediation needs.

I own several rental properties in Los Angeles, and I like to have them inspected for termites annually to nip any potential problems in the bud. I’m happy with Tanler Termite handling this service. As exterminators, they’ve proven themselves to be competent and affordable.

Recently a swarm of termites showed up in the bay window of my daughters bedroom. I was referred to Tanler by a friend and colleague who spoke highly of her experience. After several other termite inspections, including Orkin, I chose Tanler because it was obvious from the beginning that their good reputation was well-deserved. The inspector, Brandon, showed up on time and was friendly, informative, and courteous. He spent an hour or so checking out every nick and cranny of my home, including the attic and crawl space under the house. I was told that I had both subterranean and drywood termites, and he recommended a complete treatment which included trenching and foaming with an environmentally friendly product that wouldnt harm our dog. I was relieved when he told me that we would not be required to tent and vacate our home. I was also pleased with the price I was quoted.The service was scheduled to be performed a couple of days later on a Saturday morning. The service technicians, Ivan and Erik, arrived promptly at the appointed hour. They, too, were friendly, professional, and very thorough. They seem to have left no stone unturned. The one glitch was that they had an equipment problem an hour or so into the service, but they worked it out and completed the work within the time frame I had been given. I was very satisfied with their service. Of course with termites you never really know whats going on because they are sneaky little devils, but I do believe that my problem has been resolved. The work is under warranty for two years, and they advised me to call back in one year for another free inspection. Thats exactly what I intend to do!

Very proffesional, on time, provided me with options to solve my problem with yellow jackets. Dominic explained what he was doing before he did it and then gave me recommendations for what to do if it happens again and how to avoid that.

We had an ant problem last year, Tom came out and took care of it! Its been almost exactly 12 months and we havent seen any at all.

I cannot afford any insects in my restaurant. I rely on Tanler Termite for pest control, and they do a fine job of it. While I see the occasional bug in the kitchen, they are never around long enough to get a colony started.
