We have used Ronin in the past and this time did not disappoint. Weve had stray cats and animals walk along out fence and sometimes in our back yard. Also the neighbors have had rodent problems. I HIGHLY recommend Ronin Pest Control for your next pest infestation. I finally called today after battling what I thought was fleas for almost 2 weeks. After a visit to the doctor (thought I might be having an allergic reaction to the bites) and fogging my house, I was at my wits end. Ronin team battled Friday afternoon LA traffic to make a same day, no-fee appointment with me and were totally knowledgable, professional, thorough, and friendly. Incidentally, they didnt find anything (hurrah!), and after seeing pictures of my bites told me that they thought I might just be having an allergic reaction to something. I found Ronin Pest Control off a Yelp search and read the many reviews. (I don’t trust reviews that are few and all five stars)The technician came on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and present the solutions. We agreed on a plan to get the rodents off our property and stop destroying my once pretty palm plants. The rodents have been chewing the stems and branches off!We’ll see if the black boxes solve the problem.

We had a rat issue in our house and called several businesses to get quotes on resolving the issue. Most of them wanted to charge us an absolute fortune, and told us that we needed to tear out everything in our attic. I dont know much about rats, but it didnt look nearly as bad as we were being told.Then Jonathan from Ronin came round and told us that we did indeed have rats, but that the problem wasnt that bad. We had our own guy block up the house and Jonathan came and sterilized the attic, and my woodshop in the back. He also set some traps. He took great care to clean everything fully and basically saved us several thousand in potential costs - and of course the rat problem is now solved.Both Jonathan and the office staff were very prompt in helping us and courteous. We liked them so much we shifted our regular pest control to Ronin (we were with Western Exterminator).Highly recommended! Ask for Jonathan :)

Very happy with Ronin Pest Control! I called to have a termite inspection done. The guy that came out, Travonne, was really professional, did a thorough job throughout the house, and most important of all was HONEST!! This is huge for me and sealed the deal- I will be using them to treat the area which is affected by termites as well as have them come out for my future fumigation needs!

Beware of this company! I had them come out to set mouse traps at my apartment building. First,a guy named Mike charged me almost $700 and wanted immediate payment on my credit card. Mike came out and secured the crawl space vents with a few pieces of wire and left. This did not fix the problem, as there were still mice under the building and throughout the various units. They claimed they set traps, but I went under the building and there were absolutely NO traps set. I called them to come back out, and they never returned my phone calls. I left 7 messages for the owner to call me back. He never did. This was an absolute rip-off, and the gal that answered the phones actually stated that she has heard these same complaints many times before. I have been trying to contact the owner for the last 6 months, and to date, no one has returned my call. Im out $700, and still have a problem with mice.

5.0 star rating 1/23/2014I use Ronin for my monthly pest control service cause we had lots of spiders and ants around the house, and I also used their services to rodent proof my attic cause we recently had some noise makers in there. The customer service is amazing, the people in the office always take the time to answer all my questions and theyre not rushing me off the phone. Our technician Cody is there every month, and my husband always comes out to ask questions about the chemical they are using cause we have dogs in the yard. Cody explained the difference between the Eco-green spray and the other stuff. I think its great that you have a choice between a green spray and a chemical spray. They also take the time to remove all the spider webs around the doors and bushes.

These guys too care of our mite problem in short order. Polite and knowledge technician, very thorough, and seemingly very effective. Ronin was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why.The one thing a can say, and this for for all indoor applications of pesticides, is to plan on being out of your space for as long as possible after a treatment. 3 hours may be the minimum, but 36 was way better, and I might have even preferred 48. Its just an unavoidable reality of the process. It stinks.

Initially called Ray to get rid of wasps and their nests around the eaves of my house. He returned my call the same day and came out to start the work the very next morning. Not only has he won my business but I highly recommend him to anyone having an issue with pest control.

At first this Company was great and was able to get rid of all my pest problems, Unforntantly It seems as if since they have gotten bigger, That costumer service is nearly non existence now. I have tried telling them least 4 times to call me at least a day in advance for service, So I can have the dog inside when the technician comes, as I am at work during the day. Does the office ever call to notify me? No!! The only person to notify me is the tech that is calling to tell me that they are 30 minutes away. UNBELIVABLE!!! Now its been a couple months Since I have canceled my service with them and the Techs still call me saying they are 30 minutes away. When I tell them I canceled my service through the office months ago, they apologized. I know its not the techs fault, More so the office not be competent . Apparently Alexandra cant grasp the concept of calling a day before service or actually canceling my service. Its an absolute joke and I really hope they get there act together as I have been with Western Exterminators a little over 6 months now and its been great! Its the same Tech every time, He calls a day in advance and overall its $300 cheaper per year!

I finally really looked into getting the treatment done and after reading the reviews for Ronin, it was no brainer. I called in and spoke to Jessica, she got me an inspection right away and explained in detail what there was to be done in my case which was tenting of my home.They took care of everything from setting appointment to when the tenting came off.Salvador did my inspection, and I was so pleased with how thorough it was, he took the time to walk me through and show me problem areas. It was a smooth service, if I wouldve known the process would be that way I would of had my place serviced long before. I had a roach problem, and saw the reviews ronin had. I called them and got a free inspection and estimate. The lady in the office, Adriana I believe is her name, was very friendly and knowledgable, she helped me every step of the way, from scheduling an appointment, to sending me a preparation sheet a day prior to service. The technicians are very professional and curtieous. I have not seen a single roach since there visit. I called in a moment of desperation, i had these things flying around by the window, wasnt sure what they were, but they were there. I called Ronin and told them about those flying pests. I even emailed them a picture. They called me back right away, and the technician confirmed that they were termites. They scheduled an appointment for me that same day and wouldnt you know it, i had termites everywhere. The termite technician was so informative and explained the two types of termites and walked around the house showing me damage i didnt even know i had. He even explained the treatment and the chemical that they would use. They offered a known chemical and also a green product called Bora Care. Its good to have choices, I have dogs so ultimately i want something that wont harm them or me. He also pointed out some other things like rodent droppings and suggested i seal off a few entry points. I liked that he actually took the time to walk around the perimeter with me and not only told me about all of this, but showed me as well. He explained everything in details and answered all my questions. I had the local termite treatment done as well as rodent proofed my house. Although this was a one time service, i later called them for my maintenance service for just general pests. During the summer i get the usual, ants, silverfish and spiders, so i wanted to be prepared. Now they come out once a month and treat the outside and the interior when i request it. They use the eco friendly spray so i dont have to leave my house when they treat it. I strongly recommend Ronin, not only for their knowledge, but for the great customer service. From the moment you call the office and speak to a customer service representative, to the moment they come to your house to do the inspection. By far the best company out there. Give them a call, i promise you will be as happy as i am.
