I use this service quarterly and they are magnificent!When I purchased my home there was a spider infestation and I contacted Green Pest Control as I was looking for a natural solution. They were available to book quickly and the first visit made a big difference but using them quarterly has ensure that I see no spiders in my home and very little outside as they do exterminations for homes and outdoor areas.Wonderful customers service and great work!

I had an ongoing problem with roaches in my apartment. I hired a few companies over the past couple months, but none of them seemed to get rid of the problem. Finally, I decided to hire another company, Green Earth Pest Control. I spoke to Kery on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my problems. He explained to me in detail what they would do and what to expect. The technician, Peter called me an hour prior letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived, we spoke and i explained my issues. Peter was very thorough with his work and explained to me in detail what he was doing and what to expect. Its funny how 3 companies treated my apartment but only 1 took my problem seriously and made me feel comfortable with them. Green Earth went above and beyond what I expected and till this day, I am roach free. THANK YOU Green Earth! I highly recommend this company for anyone who is having pest issues.

Ive had such a great experience with these guys. Theyre honest and professional and when I had an issue they were on top of it for me. It seems like personal responsibility and integrity are important to them which just is rare these days.

We have used a few of the more commonly known services in the area and continued to have ant issues that seem to be unresolvable. The desert heat and dry climate had ants seeping into the building. After some research and discussing potential options, I was referred to GEPC through a mutual friend. William arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time and did a thorough investigation around the property. He explained that he was looking for entrance and exits routes outside around the perimeter. He then proceeded to investigate every room in the building to continue his search. After he had identified each and every potential route and cause, he discussed some options with us and provided some suggestions as if the property were his own. He went back to his vehicle, retrieved some tools and pesticides. The level of attention to detail and careful diligence to ensure that we would no longer have any issues was an immediate and uncharacteristic of our previous experiences of other companies. Once he had resolved all potential issues internal to the property, he asked for me to join him outside of the property where we found an immediate retreat of the ants and it gave us a clear concise path that was not present just a half hour earlier. William did not hesitate to continue treating the property, and thoroughly laid pesticides both in the retreat path and adjacent perimeters. We waited a couple of days and William returned to seek out the results. The planned work just as he had advised us and here 4 months later, we yet to have any sort of issue. We will be using GreenEarth from here on out. Great work and will highly recommend them to everyone we know!

I spoke with Kerry over the phone and he quickly diagnosed my issue and did not try to sell me anything that was not necessary. I think they are the gold standard in pest control. Highly recommended.I followed up with a full visit and they were great!!

They resolved a horrible Argentine ant infestation of multiple queens in my home with one treatment. Within 24 hours every ant was gone. Friendly, knowledgeable and highly effective- worth every penny.

Green Earth is everything they promise. Eco-friendly. Reliable. And incredibly efficient! We had a major cockroach infestation that I was trying to fight with every non-toxic trick in the book. But it was a losing battle until we called Green Earth. William came out, examined our problem, vacuumed up the nests under the counter, applied non-toxic bait to crevices and cracks and non-toxic, plant-based spray around the foundation of the house, and left non-toxic cockroach traps assembled and in place and more if we needed them. He was positive, intelligent, enormously helpful. But did it work? Like magic. For several days after that we saw lots of dead roaches everywhere. Then, after about a week, no more roaches. We had William come out again about a month later, just to make sure. But our American Roaches have been defeated by Green Earth. How expensive was this? Absolutely in line with standard pest-control prices. Highest possible recommendations for William and for the people at the telephones, like Keri Bruzzo and Chelsea. Thanks, Green Earth!

I did wintergreeen oil, ant chalk, voodoo, every cat-safe type of ant control known to amateurs. Abated them for about as long as it takes you to read this paragraph. We cant remove every single ant attractor from inside the house (cats gotta eat, yknow), so I was in a quandary. Last year, I contracted Green Earth to give it a go, because I was impressed with their website explanations and general attitude. Worked like a charm. Flash forward to the new summer: Its in the upper 80s in Inglewood, and the ants are testing my patience again, so I called Green Earth for a refresher. Same great tech as last year. Prompt, friendly, thorough. Cant recommend them enough.

I never leave reviews but these guys were amazing! They were so nice on the phone and the guy that showed up was on time and so friendly. It was really non invasive and I didnt have to worry about having all my kids toys and stuff around and getting chemicals on it. The tech was really sweet with my 4 year old son in explaining about the bugs and trying to make him not afraid. Great company!!!

These guys are great. They showed up when they said and did what they were there to do in a timely matter. No up sale, no hassle. The tech was very nice and my wife and I felt very comfortable with him having access to our entire home! 10 out of 10 in my book.

Service was great! Our exterminator was very professional and explained everything he was doing in great detail, as well as what to expect afterwards. He took his time, did not seem rushed and was personable. The treatment began working within a few hours and now over a month later we have not seen any roaches for some time!

I called and Juan answered immediately and he was honest in telling he would not be able to help me with termites, but did give me a recommendation when I asked. Very pleasant, will call him when a pest issue occurs.
