Hired them for monthly mosquito service and asked them to spray foundation line only. Technician sprayed everything but. Windows, walls etc. He sprayed so heavily that the chemicals ran down and stained/ruined my exterior paint. I spent hours scrubbing walls and cleaning windows. I was told a manager would call me back, but never heard from anyone. Got an email that they canceled my service and they continue to send me the $80 bill. Do not use!

Paul came by to start services and was extremely professional. He align with understanding what my household was going through and he made sure to assure that my family would be safe as well as happy with the service. After he heard/saw my newborn he took his first visit up a notch to get things rolling! He took time to explain the payment/plan before I signed paperwork, also explain what sprays/traps are being used and how to go about my daily movements. I definitely recommend this business to anyone and if you get Paul, just know you’ll be in extra great hands.

ORKIN ARIZONA is always professional, prompt, and very communicative. Their online system makes scheduling a dream.ORKIN CALIFORNIA is horrible and antiquated. They dont communicate effectively, they dont keep a set schedule, show up unannounced, and arent good at follow up.I WISH Orkin CA could adopt Arizonas system of professionalism.

I tried three other companies before Orkin they were unprofessional and never showed for many appointments and my Termite problems persisted even after a tent of the house.I payed for Orkins top tier termite service with recurring yearly payment. It is overpriced for the services rendered but they are very professional, punctual and I have not seen new termite droppings for a couple of years which it a huge load off of my mind. They get the job done but you will pay prime dollar for the service.

I’m so grateful to Orkin. We had ants last summer in our house. Every morning I’d wake up to ants in my house.I resisted spraying and finally I couldn’t take it anymore. I called Orkin to schedule a spray and Edison came over immediately.Edison is awesome. Ive been an Orkin Termite customer since 1988 and began using the pest control service a few years ago to deal with our ant invasion. Id been doing it myself for years, but they have more knowledge and the better chemicals.Their technician is always courteous and almost always on time, as he was today. As they often do not need to enter the house, they are free to come when they please which works for me. And of course, they are always masked.

I’ve had positive experience with Orkin in the past, but today’s service was terrible.Enrique showed up an hour early for an appointment at an apartment building. Luckily I was able to reach customer service before he had a chance to disturb the tenants. 5 minutes after requesting that the service be done in the scheduled window I got a notice that it was cancelled. Enrique ended up coming after all, drenched outdoor trash cans in pesticide, and got some on my pregnant partner in the process.

The Techs are amazing, very polite, they listen to my concerns and tailor the treatment to the problem areas. When I call in to set an appointment, everyone is always very nice and they work with my schedule. I was skeptical as our bug problem was pretty bad but Orkin quickly got it under control

I had an appointment set up with Orkin and had to change it. I couldnt change it online, but they had an 800# to call, which I did. No one answered and had to leave a message. Which I did giving the new time I wanted for my appointment. Never heard back from them but got another text announcing they were coming today at the time of the cancelled appointment. Replied to that text saying the appointment had been cancelled. Saw on the security camera that they did come while I was out and now got another text asking me how the appointment went! Has Orkin completely fallen apart? So sad they cant get their systems together.

The gentleman who arrived to provide service was so polite and pleasant. I appreciated his feedback and look forward to him returning. He was a true asset to the team and a great representative of orkin. I don’t know him I was just really impressed!!!

I kept seeing little bugs in my kitchen and got fed up one night and decided to call and book an appointment. I loved that I was able to speak to a live person even though it was 7pm. The representative was thorough and even consoled me (because I hate bugs, it’s a real fear) she was able to book me a next day appointment. Darriel, my technician, communicated with me the whole morning of the appointment and was even available to come a little earlier. He was very knowledgeable and got the job done in good timing. He answered all of my neurotic questions about my issue and made me feel at ease about the service. He will be back for a follow up next week. I am happy about the service so far! I just hope it is effective! Thanks to the Orkin staff for being so kind.

My service technician is very nice, but I have had multiple scheduling issues. Twice when I follow the process of rescheduling the auto-scheduled sessions (more than 48 hours in advance and by phone so I can confirm with an actual human), my technician still called to show up on the original day, even though the online system updated with my new appointment. There have been two instances where the technician did not show up to the rescheduled appointment. Even with that, the technician has been late to the scheduled window 3 times and not called me to inform me he was running late until after I called, or after the window. It’s been very frustrating and all I get are casual “sorry” comments from Orkin. Since it’s a large company, I doubt anyone will do anything to fix my issues or compensate me for my time. Once my package is complete, I’ll be pursuing other pest control companies for maintenance going forward.

They overcharged us. They didn’t show up when they said they would. The mosquito traps they used were not effective. Trying to get a manager at one time of this mess has taken hours.

Our previous landlord used Orkin, and we always had a good experience with their technicians. When we purchased our home, we called and started service with them for ants and roaches. They are efficient, flexible, and reliable. I noticed some evidence of rodents near the garage, and at their monthly visit, our tech explained their services and we were able to schedule placement and maintenance of bait stations for the next day.

Very professional and nice. They do a good job keeping up with making your immediate environment pleasant and safe. In addition to their monthly service they make themselves available for special incidents that can come up from time to time like ants.

I was very impressed with the tech Eric. He was extremely respectful to me and all the tenants. He addressed everyone by sir and ma’m. He repeated the instructions and explanation of the process for eliminating roaches and the theory and science behind the process. He did this for all the four tenants. He thoroughly inspected each unit and applied the chemicals in a precise and careful manner explaining each step that he engaged in to each tenant. Very well done Eric!!

I first decided to go with Orkins for the great reviews they had. The only inconvenience was that I had to make a one year contract in order to receive the service. Now I understand they do that to make sure all pest is eliminated. Now I shall mention that you don’t always get the same techs and some honestly don’t really care and just start spraying without much care or interest to target all the areas. On the other hand I had great techs too. There’s this young tech called Eric Saunders and a senior tech called Samuel Bibay that have been very attentive and careful on the areas they need to spray and they’ve made sure to set traps since I’ve mentioned to them what tenants report. Customer service has been good too like the girl Jessica and the girl that initially assisted me when I got the contract, her name is Alex (she’s very professional and answered all my questions) Overall I can say that I would recommend Orkins and if you think something needs to be addressed just ask the tech and if they can’t help you or they give attitude, contact customer service they will help you.
