This has been the worst experience ever! I “purchased” a car august 7th. MIKE was my finance manager, before the deal was even done my husband had to tell him to not speak to me in such a rude way. He was so worried about a piece of mail that my husband did not have. We came in to purchase a car for myself yet my income wasn’t enough so they asked him to co sign. With that being said he did not have a piece of mail with our address in his possession. We moved past that and took the car anyways a Nissan Maxima with horrible gas mileage I was pumping 40$ everyday and only driving less than 40 miles!!! Over 10 days go by and on August 31st mike calls us to return the car. No one could finance the loan. They put 7 inquiries on my credit. When returning the car no one was helpful I put down 1,300 and as of now I still don’t have my money nor a car. Sadly if you aren’t there to buy a car everyone looks past you. Again I still don’t know why my loan was denied and why it took over 10 days for someone to tell me I had to return the car. Mike called my husband and told him it was on my end and then he called me and told me it was my husbands mail. Next time I won’t do any transaction with a finance manger who was rude from the start. All I can understand from his heavy accent was NO DEAL RETURN CAR! Still have no explanation and every time I call there seems to be no one above mike I can speak too. I asked for his supervisor numerous times and no one in the dealership can answer that for me. Only Superviser I spoke to was Todd from sales. I don’t know why they are holding my deposit if I returned the car. This whole transaction was a scam and I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.UPDATE I’m currently sitting at the dealership waiting for a fianace manager to finish doing a sale so they can help me.. 4th time here to pick up my deposit and as of now only a partial payment has been given and that was last week. No matter what time of day I come there is always someone That isn’t here and they seem to be “ the only person to help me”Went to Nissan of DTLA and got a 2018 equinox for a lower monthly car payment and a lower sales price than the maxima.. apr was also lower.. they told me universal Nissan shotgunned my credit and sent my information to over 20 banks. Really regret coming here first.. NO ONE has even reached out to apologize for the horrible customer serviceBeen sitting here for 2 hours and my frustration is beyond me now.. I really had to get up and stand up for myself to get some service I feel so disrespected and humiliated at the same time.. I’m in tears 😭

Ben in sales is great. Super nice, very knowledgeable. Anna helped with financial and she was a sweetheart. She was quick and friendly.Front desk girl is HORRIBLE. She doesn’t know how to answer a phone properly. When you call you can hear her giggling and talking… then you hear “ hello” as if you’re bothering her. She has no knowledge of what’s going on over there. She has a huge attitude. No one wants to talk to someone 3 times about a situation and it still didnt get resolved. Even No I called three times and baby fed her all the information all she needed to do was relay the message. But if you get loud with them, they take you serious. Is this a game? Customer service is a game? Extremely sad.

Called today to confirm if car is available. Frank (most unprofessional sales person) said that it is. Requested to text me pictures. He never did. I texted him before arriving that Im on my way. No reply. Arrived to dealer, Frank took me all over the parking lot to search for the car. After walking around the lot he realized the car is sold. Went to speak to his manager, returned with another advisor and transferred me to him. Basically ditched me, never acknowledged that he is wrong and he said the car is here while it is not. I spent my time coming to the dealer for nothing

Dont know where to start, not sure how a business stays around with the ethics shown here. Also I noticed on their banners they have not won a trophy in over 6 years. What a wrong business to deal with. Super shady. After agreeing upon a deal they try to tack on $1900 to the vehicle on what was called a third party upgrade to paint and door guards which by the way was not mentioned in the advertisement (false advertising) or once when agreeing on price and trade in. Also they couldnt even provide proof that this was even added to the car. Additionally they tried to remove $2000 from trade in offer. After all said they try to swindle almost $4000. There is a reason why this dealership has a low rating. I only wish I paid more attention to the other reviews about how they try to tack on charges. Please beware. I will not give this company business nor I suggest who reads this review.

This dealership has excellent customer service. They are always very friendly and accommodating. Kevin in the service department has been very helpful in trying to get my car’s blinker and wiper issue resolved. The service director worked with the director at the dealership where I purchased the car in San Diego to ensure they covered what they should given their after market alarm most likely caused the issue. Extremely impressed overall.

Called them today Sep 7, 2021 at 11:27am specifically the finance department and the gentleman on the other side of the line his demeanor was rude and unprofessional. Simply was calling in to obtain some documents pertaining to my vehicle wasnt willing to clarify or help out no shape or form.

I came into Nissan with two specific minor repair needs (tho not minor to me!) I met with CHRISTIAN SORTO to help me. Chris met all my needs and informed me of the steps that would be taken to repair my car. He let me know how long it would take and made sure I had the shuttle service so I could get back to work while my car was being repaired. He let me know when it was ready to be picked up and also when a part was in for the second part of the repair. Chris is an asset to Nissan and I greatly appreciate the specific attention he gave me. Came to this dealership today, ready to purchase a new car but my experience was pathetic.I work for a Honda dealership in sales so I was very reasonable with my terms.The sales person was very nice but lacked product knowledge.The sales manager I think his name was Isidro? Immediately addressed us in Spanish because of our skin color.The dealership wanted to mark up 6,000 dollars and charge us a 4% apr. Our credit is stellar and we wouldve paid 75% of the cost upfront.Sales manager wouldnt budge. Told us to leave.Highly recommend Buena Park Nissan, they made it happen for us. Dont get scammed by this dealership

False Advertising! Dishonest Business Practices. Read carefully before each signature.We found a 2015 Ford Transit Connect at CarGurus for $13,999.00I called to confirm availability and price, and they say that was available and the price was right.I went right away to the dealer and showed the screenshot of the car to the sales rep, drove the car, and started the process of buying it.The sales rep came with a paper that was showing still the $13,999.00 base price, and he asked me if I was willing to pay about $390.00 a month with a rate of about 10% APR. I mention that I didn’t mind the monthly payment, since I am planning on pay it fast.They make us wait until very late, everybody was gone but the finance guy, the seller, and us.When signing, the finance guy showed me that payment amount was right, so we proceed to sign everything really fast.Revising the documents at home we noticed the contract’s base price was increased to $15,500.00. The reason why the monthly price was the same was a lower interest rate. As I mentioned I am planning of paying the car quickly, so this deal is not acceptable.I am attaching a copy of the contract and the screenshot that I mentioned.Right now I am also working on the removal of the SAC COMPLETE CARE for $1,710,00, that I didnt agreed to get.

Brought my vehicle in for service to take care of an open recall item. Was pleasantly surprised to learn of the free inspection alongside the recall service. There were a few small items resulting from the inspection that needed to be done, which were taken care of that same day. Everyone I encountered and interacted with was super friendly and attentive. Communication was excellent throughout the experience. The complimentary shuttle service was an unexpected bonus so I could wait comfortably at home while the work was being completed.

I loved that the service department was open on Sunday and that they were so efficient in getting my car fixed in 2 hours! The only thing I didnt like was that no car wash was provided as I usually get in my neighborhood Nissan service dealer. So that was a bit surprising. The other issue was that if my car would have had to stay for further repair they didnt have any loaners available and I wouldve had to come back on Monday morning. Nonetheless, I would come back here in the future. Customer service was great from scheduling my appointment to check-in and pick-up.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE READ THIS AND LISTEN: this dealership is unhonest, full of scammers, and they sabotage your own vehicle on purpose to make you pay more money out of pocket. I took my car in for an oil change and the technician/mechanic forgot to put my oil cap and district back on causing it to splash oil all over my engine. Do not buy from this dealership go to Toyota or Kia or Hyundai do not come to these thieves.

The guy who showed us cars did not explain any details that a driver should know and wasnt able to answer our questions. For example, how to open the gas door etc. Besides, the car was washed very poorly and there were several scratches on the trunk door.We were told that we would get an additional tank of gas, a free oil change, and car wash but in the end we only got a coupon for a free oil change. We were told that the car was washed and had a full tank of gas. As if somebody left any dealership without gas and in a dirty car.So what they had to do was presented as a bonus.

Seriously a very unprofessional location. The only good member here was Kyle. The rest literally just wanted us to buy another car or keep our own Sentra that was SUPER defective and dangerous to drive. Dangerous not only for us but also for others on the road. Thanks to Kyle for giving us a call and saying that according to their policy we could give our car back and end the lease with no hassle. Since he was busy, we ended up waiting a pretty long time and being helped by passive aggressive workers who, after seeing that we were not going to buy a car, completely changed their tone with us. Anyway, glad we got this worked out in the end.

If I could give a half star or 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely the worst dealership and staff I have ever dealt with. They advertised one price on the Nissan website but when I arrived they marked it up $75,000 from the price online. They had me drive all the way up from San Diego on a weekend in LA traffic, ready to purchase a car and they decided to mark up the price when I arrived! Not only were they the usual annoying persistent salesmen trying to make a shady deal and get my information to run credit etc after telling them no multiple times. I spoke with another Nissan dealership and they said that what they did is ridiculous and unprofessional! I don’t know how many other bad reviews they have, but strongly take this negative encounter into consideration. Stay away!

Scammers! Be careful when you sign the papers. They tried to sell me a paint protection service which i didnt want and at the end i saw that its charged anyways. They refused the pay it back and denied to cancel it. They are all liars and scammers stay away! Horrible experience.

I wish I could give this place fewer stars. This place is a joke. The managers are a joke. Their sales people will straight up lie to you. After taking your car (if you sold it to them) or signing a contract, good luck reaching anyone that can help you if you have any issues. They are after your money or car. When they have it, they will spit you out. There are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area that are reputable. This is not one of them. Look elsewhere. They have an F on better business bureau. I can only warn you once. They have taken my money and I am left with nothing.

WATCH OUT FOR THE SNEAKY $1900 PAINT GUARD FEE AT THE END OF YOUR DEAL! If I could leave zero stars I would. I too was at the end of a used car deal when they tried to add $1900 for “paint guard”. I told them I wasn’t paying for that and they refused to remove the charge. I walked out. This place is a shame with the identical response, cut & pasted on all negative reviews. I throughly enjoyed my interactions with Frank and Alfredo. They both were the highlight of my first time buyer experience. Frank was patient, informative, and personable and I appreciated everything he did. I love my car. Alfredo is the last person you see to finalize everything, and he just added the extra touch by giving me all the necessary information and numbers . But overall my experience was decent. It was a few hickups in between with the other sales men managers, but those two gentlemen truly made my experience worthwhile! Thanks guys!

I would give West Covina Nissan and Universal 0 stars if I could because they are owned by the same group. I don’t like to write negative reviews for businesses or people since it impacts people professionally and financially especially now due to covid we’re so many are struggling. Since my experience was so bad I felt like I have no other choice but let others know.I’ve never had a good experience at West Covina Nissan and Normally go to Duarte Nissan but I live so close to west Covina I decided to go to buy out my lease for a year until I could get the Nissan I wanted originally and was unable to due to the low inventory from Covid. I figured this process was pretty straight forward none of your normal haggling. I told both the sales guy and the finance manager that I only wanted to purchase my car nothing else. I signed all the necessary paperwork and was on my way. Then I got a call a few days later that my loan hadn’t gone through so I went back down to resign. When I received my first statement I was shocked why is the loan 10k more than my original buyout? I looked at both contracts and the numbers on both contracts were completely different. They changed the purchase price of my vehicle overcharged me in sales tax and added a extended warranty, Cila Jet which I had no clue what this was and was never even performed on my vehicle. They also added Gap insurance. I was never asked if I wanted any of these products or I would have declined since I was only planning on keeping the car a year.I called numerous times every time I spoke with the GM and he told me I could not cancel these items leaving me very little hope that anything could be done. I called another Nissan dealership to see if I could cancel these items and they told me yes. WHAT?!? HOW SHADY!!! They encouraged me to call the bank. When I spoke to the bank they told me all these items were cancelable. I find it strange that West Covina couldn’t tell me this. I decided after NO LUCK of trying to reach out by phone to resolve this matter to go in and talk to the finance manager. When I went in they had me wait 3 hours before speaking to him. The finace manager realized after going back n forth that they had ROYALLY MESSED UP. He went to speak to the GM and they said they would cancel the items and have to issue me checks back to me personally. They said they had to check on the Cila Jet though which is CRAZY since they never even performed the service.It’s been a month since they said they would issue the check and still haven’t received the monies owed to me even though I signed cancellation contracts for the items they told me that I was unable to cancel. I have called countless times with no call back and FINALLY spoke to the finance manager he said he put in a check request and would get back to me and didn’t. It’s a check how hard can it be. Btw I’m a senior citizen and a women maybe they figure I’ll just go away??? IDK??Unfortunately now I have to look at what me legal options are. Overcharging is FRAUD… Btw I am a seventy year old woman so they must enjoying ripping Seniors off.BUYER BEWARE look carefully over your contract to make sure all the numbers add up because my car amount, sales tax, dmv fees were wrong and extra items were added.Save yourself a nightmare and GO TO DUARTE to buy your Nissan or better yet Buy a TOYOTA!!!!

Went to many Nissan dealerships for the same car and no one helped me out more than Sergiu! He tried his absolute hardest to get us into the Nissan Rogue SV 2021 premium package when everywhere else people kept trying to get us into a car instead of an suv. He worked best with our budget and kept welcoming us back when we left (but not in an annoying way like other places) His customer service is excellent! Thank you for getting us into our first new car ever ! He was genuinely happy for us. Will definitely recommend Universal Nissan to people and will most definitely be back when the time comes again. I took my car for service on a Monday morning at 7am. My cars acceleration was not working properly and my AC wasnt blowing cold air. Kevin Velasco assisted me that Monday morning, unfortunately the service shops internet was down, so he couldnt input my information into the computer, he wrote everything down on a sheet of paper. I was supposed to receive a call about my cars diagnostic, didnt hear from them at all. I gave them a call that afternoon for a follow up. Apparently no one had an idea about my car. Surprisingly, they asked if I was sure that I brought my car in for service in the morning. Are you serious??? The first thought that came to my head was the system was down in the morning and they never input my cars information in the computer, so there was no record of my car at all. The associates at the shop said they were going to give me call me back because they needed to figure something out. Didnt get a call back, of course! When I kept calling they kept hanging up on me or they didnt answer the phone anymore!!! Come Tuesday same situation and on top of that it was Kevins day off so no in the shop knew any information about my car. Wednesday I called again, finally some news. They needed to order the parts for my car and it needed other services, like always, every time that I bring my car for one thing at this dealer, my car seems to need more services than what I asked for. I only authorized to fix certain things, the other things that needed fixing werent my priority and these little fixings are minor that is not putting my car at risk, I can always take care of it in the future at different shop. A whole week later, on Tuesday of the following week my car was ready for pick up. I went to cashier to pay my bill, and let me tell you, they charged me for services I did not authorized or needed for my car. Pretty much my bill was over about $1000 extra for parts that they fixed which I never agreed. No manager on site, seriously no manager at all at the premises. No one else was in charge so no one couldnt help me dispute this. Again, it was Kevins day off, so he couldnt help me. It was the more horrible experience ever!!!! Never again! No one at this service shop is helpful, they always want to screw you. You come in for just an oil change and apparently your whole car needs service. They are always after your money. They dont care about customer service. Dont waste your time at this dealership service shop. Its the worst!!!!

I purchased a 2018 Audi from there 2 years ago. We were told by Jacob our salesman that the used car only had 1 owner. Its now 2 years later and while we were at another dealer looking to trade it in they ran the carfax and we were shocked to find out that this car was used as a rental car! The previous owner was was not an individual but a damn rental agency. I purchased the Carfax as well and confirmed it.I will be contacting Nissan ASAP this type of Auto Dealer Fraud, false representing the history of the vehicle will not be accepted!Heres the carfax.

My fiancé and I were looking for a good truck . We found a used Ford F350 online from that dealer . Advertised price was $57,999 and we decided to check that car . We went to the dealer, did a test drive and decided to buy it. Of course they didnt want to even talk about price with us without running our credit . We were good with that because we knew our credit was really good. We specifically asked which banks they use and among all there was Bank of America that was our preferred bank and we asked to go with BOA and they promised us that they will. Credit score came back as 802 and they said the best we can get is 6.6 APR because it was a commercial truck which is an absolute false statement . Also they went with some third party TD financing and ran our credit three times in a row . After long negotiations we agreed on 3.9% APR that was still pretty high in our opinion. When they show us numbers our $9000 down payment was changed to $9500 without us even knowing about it . We agreed on that change, gave them money and were told that we can pick up our car tomorrow because they need to do the detailing . Next day fun begins .... They brought us a contract with a price for the truck $58,700 instead of $57,999 and an additional charge of $1995 for optional surface protection (basically they were trying to sell us carwash for 2k !!! When we asked where the price of $58,700 came from no one was able to answer that . We also asked to get rid of optional surface protection charge. They got really mad and rude . No one was willing to talk to us and the manager refused to come out . We felt like we were nobody. They canceled the deal and refused to give us our down payment back till Monday. On Monday we went first thing in the morning to get our money back but they told us that no one is available to issue that check . DO NOT DEAL WITH THOSE PEOPLE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOTHING . Worst dealership ever period. They will try to scam you and steal your money.

Horrible Customer Service at this dealership! I purchased a 2021 Nissan Maxima via an online sale. I paid cash for the vehicle. Now, I can’t get through to the Finance Department to get copies of signed paperwork or title. I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and they say it’s a dealer issue. Think twice about purchasing a car from this dealer. Future buyers beware!!

I purchased a brand new Rogue 5/13/21 I live in AZ, my license is AZ, my car insurance is AZ, I was here in California working on our property and visiting family, seen a great deal on a new vehicle, So I came down 2 hr drive. Now they put All my Vehicle info for California dmv charged me California tax and registration, I called AZ & they said Ill be charged almost $700 to register it in AZ!!! What!!?? I was told 20 plus times and reassured that I Wouldnt be charged, twice!!! But here I am spending $1100 to register it in my home state!! And Ive been calling almost 7x a day, getting hung up on, and leaving messages to at least 6 people there including General manager!! Im now forced to call corporate nissan and BBB. Im done with being ignored, once you buy from them they dont return calls or Anything!! Run around has to STOP!! I also filed complaints with Dmv California and Nissan. Ive been patient waiting for almost 4 weeks, And No answer!! This is So wrong!!! They need to refund me the $444 registration to put towards the $700 AZ registration, Thats what needs to happen. Because its just Not right, & we were going to buy a car for our daughter...guess not here?

Went in for a specific model and after seeing and test driving we got to the application process they said they couldnt offer me that one. The only one they were able to offer was a more expensive car that had 60k+ miles, the one I looked at originally had about 30k+ miles and was $3k less so that didnt make sense to me. When I tried getting them to explain to me why they couldnt offer the one I wanted they just kept saying how the car they are offering me is nicer, when I explained the miles situation they said 60k miles on that car is nothing ??? Also, they try to do anything in order to get you to purchase the car, insist you pay the down right then and there. Which I can understand to a certain extent, but if a client says they dont have it I dont think the salesperson should keep insisting. I was even told by them to ask a family member if I can borrow the down payment. They just want to sell and dont really care about their customers in my opinion. Workers are very kind but they need to communicate with their clients a lot better. A bit frustrating.

Went in looking for a Frontier S that was supposedly in stock for a sale price of $25K . Rawad took us out to the lot to look for the truck, but he couldn’t locate it. Told us to wait outside until he could. Waited for 30 minutes and he sends someone else out to tell us that it’s been sold, but that they can get us a good deal on the SV model. We were very clear that we didn’t want the SV model because the price is too high for extra features that we didn’t want nor need. They were insistent that they’d give us a good deal. Waited for another 30 minutes, and they come back with a price that’s too high. So we leave.Rawad calls me back the next day saying that they just received another S model, so I go in again. When I get there he makes us wait again, and guess what? They can’t seem to locate the vehicle AGAIN. He reassures us that they have it. So we wait. Another salesperson comes back and they say that the one they have is for a client. Asked if we could at least see it, and they decline because it’s “passing inspection”. They insist that they can get us a good deal if they bring In another one, but the price they mention is no where near the $25K that was in their website originally. All in all, my time was wasted and I was extremely disappointed. Not knowing what you have in stock and not knowing how to locate a vehicle when you say you have one for sale that turns out to be someone’s else’s is utterly unprofessional and scummy. Lies just to pull you in to try to sell you something you don’t want. I do not recommend anyone to come to this location. I ended up going to the Nissan in Glendale and I was able to see the exact model I wanted within 5 minutes of my initial visit.

Back to April I was trying to sell my 2009 Nissan Altima. The external look of the car was indeed shabby, some servere dents and scratches, but internal functionalities are totally fine. Theres an Asian guy called Benjamin Wong went out and gave me an offer of $100! at first he said my car has salvage title, and said that it had incident before. but i know the carmax records shows there is no incidents and being salvage when i brought it. I doubled check my carmax paperwork, and then asked him where is the proof of his statement, he gave me like i dont have it now, but i can go back to office to grab it. but regardless of any, the offer is 100. He said the price on KBB was $2500, i searched online right there to show him the price is NOT 2500 on KBB, then he said oh we use internal system. what the hell! $100? are you kidding me?! This Benjamin Wong had treated me with terrible attitude this entire time with disingenuous lies. If you think the car only worth 100 bucks, you better give me a valid reason. At the end, i ended up selling my car at $2500 in carmax.

I dislike this place so much they take forever for everything.! Came in exactly at 7am i was the fourth one here was told i need to leave my car till 3pm max i said ok idk why it’ll take so long but whatever then i was offer a rental and my insurance doesn’t cover it but at Nissan of Duarte i had no problem having a rental for two weeks then i was offer for them to take me home in a shuttle i said ok because i need to go see my kids and as I’m writing this I’m still waiting to be taken home.! It’s almost 10am.! (9:53am)

As a company and vehicle in general i like the brand and the vehicles. But just wish they would put more into their product like what Chevy, Ford and other brands do standard. For Nissan i have to get the higher model to get what i need meaning i spend a lot more on the vehicle. But the brand is saving you from me going to another brand if i was interested in those features and that was my main choice of why choosing a vehicle. It would be nice to have some stuff standard and pay a good price and still love the vehicle. But i have to settle for whats less expensive and reliable.

Stay away from this dealership!!!!!! Their service and finance departments should be investigated for shady practices. I had work that was supposedly done on my vehicle that wasnt (confirmed by two other shops, despite claims by Universal City Nissans service coordinator). Their finance department tries everything in their power to put of post sales support the dealership is legally obligated to perform, such as not answering the phone, having full voicemail boxes, and not returning any calls left with members of the team fielding calls.

I found a pre-owned car online that was being sold by Universal City Nissan. The price seemed excellent, so I messaged them first thing in the morning. A nice lady named Briana called me to follow up, I told her I was very interested in in the car, and that I was a cash buyer. I specifically asked if that was their cash price, I dont want any games. She confirmed yes it was the cash price (plus taxes and fees of course) and that I should come in and test drive the car. I told her I would come in a few hours.I texted her that I was on my way, she said no problem, see you soon. My friend got to the dealership before I did, and asked about the car. The sales manager told him flat out that the price was set low just to get people in the door and there is no way they would sell for that low. After some back and forth, he finally said that the car was at a warehouse and had to be brought over. I arrived via Uber (which cost me $50) and when I got there he said the car was on the way.Then the manager changed his story and said that the car was in the process of being bought by someone else. We told him that we didnt appreciate being lied to, if they didnt want to sell it just tell us to our faces. 5 minutes later he came back with some BS piece of paper showing it was sold to someone else.I left work, took an Uber there and back at my expense, wasted nearly $100 plus my time all for their typical dealer BS story. Really not professional of them and the epitome of greasy car salesmen.

Yeah thank you for reaching out but unless your managers and Sergiucan make the malubu happen with my 2k dp since it was already dropped 3k I walked in with cash and ready to make a deal tomorrow chevrolet might put me in malibu or tracks for 500 more on dp then theres nothing you can do,advertised working with low credit repos no job bankrupt duis witch was not the case asking for triple of cars worth set me sideways and feeling like dirt when I had all proof of weekly income and had money down,unlike some people I was just appalled even the radio advertised if you guys cant boone can....well thats not true lol thankw for reaching out but honestly I dont think Id ever walk back in in dearborn being shunned..thanks 😊

She advised me on the cars that would fit into my budget and credit, so I got the 2017 Altima, needless to say all the worrying was a waste of time, I got my car...Thank you Andrea for going above and beyond to help me get the car that I likedErnesto Sandoval( finance manager) was great to work with as well, it didnt take long to sign the paperwork . Ernest explained and broke down each step to securing GAP insurance. He was very informative and pleasant. I loved the new electronic way you sign all of the paperwork and youre out of there .From beginning to the end my, experience here at Trophy Universal Nissan was great, especially with the red siren and ringing of the bell, after getting approved for my car.If you have great or challenged credit I recommend that you try these guys first.
