These guys are awesome. I came 15 min before they closed today and asked for an acrylic and gel fill and fix one finger and they delivered! The staff was friendly, Mimi worked quickly and carefully with great skill. I love how they came out!

I can’t rate the actual services at this place because I wasn’t able to get the mani/pedi that I had scheduled for 4:30pm. I was told on the phone that they had openings. I arrived and was asked to check-in on a tablet. I sat in a chair for 45 minutes and was told multiple times that they would get to me “soon”. Two people who arrived after me were helped immediately. If you don’t have any open appointments, that’s perfectly fine. If you are running a bit late and tell the customer, that’s also understandable. Ignoring a customer for 45 minutes after their booked time and serving other customers who arrived later is a great way to lose business. Only giving two stars because of the massage chairs.

I have been getting my nails done here for over 3 years. More than often I get compliments on my nails which consist of acrylic and gel nails. They offer a wide range of colors and can literally do any design you desire. My nails also last for weeks without a chip! Therefore I find that their quality for the price is really good compared to other nail shops! There can be wait times so it’s best you book an appointment to avoid that. All in all, I highly recommend this nail shop specifically Mimi and Jenny for your manicure!

They charged me $90 for acrylics with no manicure. The full set is $30 & the pedicure is only $25. I got 2 designs for 7.50 each. She OVER CHARGED and I am livid. Do not come here. I can’t tell if she was angry that I am black and my boyfriend was Asian, but she overcharged me and did a terrible job at calculating. I came to this place and was always happy at 17. I don’t know if they got new management or what, but I will never go there again. The disrespect was unreal.

I really wanted to like this place! I live just around the corner, and its never too busy and they are always quick. Incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, I have gotten two gels here and the first chipped after 4 days and the last one didnt last 24 hours! I cant keep paying $40+ for nails that dont last, when regular polish at home would last longer. Im torn about going back to ask them to fix the chips, not sure if theyll charge me or if the fix wouldnt just chip again the next day. ☹️

They were fast, no long wait once I arrived. I had two techs working on met at once for the mani and pedi. I wanted a gel manicure and it was mediocre, bumps and ridges in the polish. The service was so good, I let it past. But what I could not let past is after two weeks this is how my gel nails looked, horrific. You would think I had a regular manicure. I think the products are cheap and not worth the money. Assembly line nail care is a waste of money and your time causing stress. Just pay more and go to a real spa.

Im nervous to write this review because I love them so much and I still want appointments. Jenny has been doing my nails for years now and she and her sister are amazing. Their gel nails have never chipped on me and have lasted past a month. Theyre always up on the latest trends and theyre super nice and friendly. Family owned and operated, with a parking lot that shares with in and out. Its usually really busy during In and Out hours because theres always a line for their drive thru, but its nice that they have a parking attendant and a parking lot you can use. Jenny dont forget me when you become a super popular nail artist. Better to have a reservation then to walk in but they do take walk-ins. Price is very reasonable.

Worst nail spa Ive EVER been to!!!! When I went in my nails were great, now my ringer fingernail is so short it hurts. I did not let her touch my other hand. The manager was such a wuss he tried to make me feel bad for the woman because she has kids... So do I!!!

This hands down is my favorite nail salon!The staff consists of a mixed age of nail techs. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing. The salon is really cute and clean. They are quick, friendly and bilingual. If there is any issue you may have, speak with the owner, shes the sweetest!

I waited for 1 hour WITH appointment, I made an appointment because I had to go to work within 2 hours, they passed other people I didn’t mind it seemed like I was never gonna go I left, and went to another nail place where I was quickly attended. So if you have all day and night to wait I recommend this place.

I just moved to the area; and I need to find a close nail salon. So, I went for a regular mani, and I explain to them the light from the gel burns my hands, so I don’t want to do it anymore. They should be very understanding. However, the ladies were very unwelcoming. They rushed through my hands and feet. I understood if it was busy, but you still don’t rush and make the customer feel unwelcome. They shouldn’t make people feel they have to spend more money to get great customer service. It shouldn’t matter at all how much money someone spend; everyone deserves great customer service including myself. I still tip the two young ladies after the unwelcoming customer service. I work in the hospital; I know what customer service is all about. It sucks because i was going to need them and it’s convenient for me too. They just lost a customer.

Went in today for the first time and I am very happy! I had a special request and wanted acrylics no polish because I bought these super cool nail wraps and they last longer and look way better on acrylics and it came out great! I got a pedicure too and it was amazing!

This is my second visit here and I have loved both times. The staff is very friendly and the salon is always impeccable. Both times I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. There are other nail places more close by to me, but I prefer to drive over here because of the cleanliness and results.

I got a standard manicure and was happy with the result. They have an average selection of colors and service was quick and not any more unfriendly than one would expect. They give a hard time to people trying to pay with credit card, so I suggest trying to bring cash if possible at least for the tip.

Really nice and clean salon with a peaceful atmosphere. My manicurist did an amazing job on my powder dip nails and I watched with envy as someone else in the salon was enjoying what looked to be an amazingly relaxing pedicure. I plan to return regularly!

I have been to many nail salons on the west side and I can say that this place was the best. Their service was great, the staff is friendly, and they made me feel very comfortable. They did a fine job on my nails, but it seemed like the manager wasnt very welcoming and tried to upsell way too much by saying that the regular manicure would only last two days and took an hour to dry and that I should do gel. She seemed upset when I told her I wasnt interested. The pedicure was great though.

Love this place! Always walk in and 4 visits later Ive never had to wait and have been happy after each visit ! Its a little pricey compared to what Im use to but worth it for the service Ive received ! The free question me doesnt hurt and the kind and accommodating staff. Love love my chrome nails !

My nails were $32 because of the length and never in my life have I seen a set of nails so bad. I asked for one to be fixed but “that was the direction of my nail growing” so they refused to fix it and two others. There was so much lifting on the tips of my natural nails and if you looked under you could see my actual nail. It was a waste and I do not recommend going there for acrylics so do not waste your money I wish there was a lower rating because it was really upsetting. DO GO TO PHOENIX NAILS they have very nice people and they want you to let them know if something isn’t how you’d like.

This is my go to place for the last few years, I typically get gel designs with Jenny for my hands and they always last over a month! Definitely call ahead to make an appointment because they are typically busy but they also have additional staff now so the wait for walk-ins isn’t as long. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Been looking for a nail shop in Los Angeles since the one I always went closed down, found this nail shop on google, had a great pedicure, a happy young lady, Ill return again next week for a manicure gel. Hopefully this will be my store.

One of my best friends was getting married and I was given the task of being her maid of honor. Sorry if I dont seem super excited but my friend is a bit of a pain. I dont mind if she is reading this, she knows she is a pain, haha.I knew she wanted a really fun bachelorette party, but she isnt really into the whole party scene. The one thing I do know she loves doing is getting her nails done. I did some searching online and came across The Luxe Nails & Spa that offered group reservations. I called in and spoke with the salon owner, who invited me to come down to check out their facility in person.The bachelorette party turned out AMAZING! I was hesitant to come here because of the bad reviews, but I just came for a pedicure and it was great. The staff is polite and friendly. The pedicure came out great. They put changeable plastic cover in the pedicure pool and change it after every customer which Ive never seen before & I think its awesome that they do that. No complaints at all, Ill for sure be back when Im due for a refill. Also theyre affordable which is a huge plus!

Do NOT use MiMi for anything. I have loved coming to this space for years but Mimi really left a bad taste. First of all, she tried to charge me extra to cut the long hairs on my eyebrows. Then, she claimed she was finished when there were still long hairs that hadnt been tweezed/waxed between my eyebrows.Im so disappointed that this place would let someone like Mimi ruin their reputation.

Their spa chairs are old and uncomfortable. My pedicure was just ok.

I go here regularly because its so close to my house. Sharon and David are the best! beware they do price their gels pretty high. It says on the menu that gel is $22 but then they charge you for the manicure part separately so it it is actually $40! So I get gel mani elsewhere. Other than that its kind of hit and miss. some days it amazing and some days its a little frustrating. but if you find a great person to stick with you will love the place.

Visiting from out of state. I had extremely dry & over grown cuticles, short nails, with embedded dye underneath my nails. Saki gave me everything I asked for. Now am not ashamed of how my nails look. Don’t understand the bad reviews I read.

Nail polishes for gel didn’t match the samples. When I called the woman out, she said she agreed with me but wouldn’t do anything about it. Really poor mani pedi experience. Don’t cut or file the way you ask and get annoyed when you ask them to do it a second time.

They made me feel so uncomfortable and on top of that i was told about how ugly the colors I picked out were. I was absolutely not happy about how crappy they painted my nails and how much they filed down my nails even though I specifically said very little file only.

Been going since they open. Always perfect.

The quality of their work here is terrible. I went in for a gel pedicure and as I was leaving noticed that my toes were still wet! How that is a possibility Im not even sure. She tried wiping it away only to end up peeling half the polish off one of my toes followed by a makeshift paint job.

Called in & asked how much is a regular pedicure, they said $17. I asked how much is a gel pedicure, they said $20. Why was my pedicure $42 you ask? CAUSE THEY CHARGE FOR GEL POLISH AS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE so I paid $20 for POLISH - such a rip off
