This place lacked communication from the moment we stepped inside. The website is not updated properly to reflect current services, and they refused to offer any type of resolution. The lady at the front desk even admitted that the website was not up to date, but customers should know to call even though not specified on the website. Rude customer service, and will never be returning. My experience with the Shops at Santa Fe has always been positive and this establishment doesn’t deserve to hold a place here with that type of vibe.

This shop has bad business practices. The owner is always adding on addition fees, such as Adding a 15% for PPE charge into your bill. now it’s a Minimum of $2 for using your credit card and increases based on the services you receive. This information is not disclosed to you until after you are provided services neither is it displayed on their website when booking an appointment.

I was quoted $40 over the phone for a gel manicure and was charged $42.While my girlfriend was getting her nails done, the owner quoted $38 in person. There needs to be a standard price because its confusing and dishonest to the customer. I tipped well but we wont be returning until they address this issue.

Unfortunately after my pedicure I got an infection in both my big toes.

I went to get a gel manicure and not even a week has gone by and my nails are all ready chilling and lifting in corners. As I’m very disappointed that this happened because I live in the area and was hoping to find a nail salon near by. I paid $53 for my nails to not last!

Nice decor and the service by my nail tech was great BUT they don’t use CND Shellac as a system. Since they only have Shellac color coat they use Gelish as base coat and another brand as top coat which of course messes up the purpose of using Shellac (since it’s way gentler on the nail bed). And the top coat cured in a yellowish tone (I got white).Owner and/or salon managers.. please don’t be cheap and buy the complete system for each brand you offer.. it does make a difference.

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. I walked out of there paying $149 and turning out to be $179 with 15% tip!!! Are you kidding me ?!I expected to pay around $100 for a nice mani/pedi maybe a little more but that price is crazy and I will never go back. For a basic job. I got gel on my hands and feet. They charged to take my Acrylics off, charged 20$ for a French tip and charged a 20$ COVID fee. I’m on my second day and my supposed to be gel manicure is already chipping. Why am I paying outrageous prices for nails that don’t even last 2 days looking nice !! That’s what Gel is supposed to do. HOLD UP!!! >:( ughh

Still love love love this place... been here many timesI would say for the best experience ask for Tina for hands/eyebrows and Connie for Pedis she is awesome at cleaning up and painting feet/toes and has strong hands so you get an amazing foot/leg rub when they put the warm lotion on. Tina is THE BEST with cleaning up cuticles (VERY important) and painting dark colors. I went through a black nail phase and she painted them perfect every time!!

I love this place. Its very zen/tranquil and they do a thorough job with every step. They have lesser-known polish brands like Zoya but also offer gels. Its well worth the price.

Way too overpriced. I only intended to get a regular pedicure. In my experience in any salon a basic pedicure includes scrub but not at this salon. I was talked into paying 25$ more to get my feet scrubbed and then the foot massage I paid for was basically getting lotion lathered on my feet, no pressure was applied whatsoever, I wouldn’t call it a massage. I ended up paying twice as much as I intended to, so not worth it, not coming here again.

Ive been a long time client and Neva is the best for lash extensions in the city. Ive had extensions on and off for several years and Neva is by far the best. She now offers mink lashed and her pricing is better than other salons. Highly recommend going here. Also come here for nails. Salon is always very clean and professional.

Rainy is my go-to lady. Shes awesome. I go here for her and because they offer organic gel polish. Ive noticed that organic gel polish doesnt sting when I put my hands under the UV light. I love their color options too. Pricey but worth it. $35 gel manicures.

Ive been here several times and its my go-to place now! I appreciate their attention to detail, and my manicure normally lasts a good couple weeks (regular, not gel, although I do always do an extra top coat the next day at home). Cute space, friendly staff, and great polish selection. Would recommend!

I have had my fingernails done by Michelle a couple of times and recently had mani-pedi by Nancy. They are THE BEST! It is a very friendly space, and their skills are top notch. Every visit has put me in such a great mood for hours after.

This is the best nail place I have been to in LA. They have validated parking, a great ambience, and all the ladies do a wonderful job. Every time my friend takes me somewhere else, I regret it and wish I had just gone here. The service and consistency is worth the prices.

Very, very clean. Each pedi spa is lined with a disposable cover and all the stuff they use on your nails is ONLY used for you and thrown away after! Location is perfect.

I love getting my nails done, but sometimes I just want them clean. They charge the same price for a cut, file, nail polish remover for a full manicure. WHY?!?!?

Pretty empty for walk ins on the weekdays. The nail artists are pretty nice. The woman that sits in the front is a bit rude though. Overall good service but pretty expensive. 10 dollars per nail if you want some art on it.

Not a great experience, pedicure was supposed to be 35 min and she rushed through it in 20 leaving about 45 seconds per foot of massage. No water was offered and the lady giving the pedicure didn’t say a word to me. Not worth the price tag.

Overpriced for the rushed job. Top surface of my nails are all scratched up. She used a coarse grain file all over, and never buffed. The broken nails I wanted fixed just broke again an hour later, as all she did was put a drop of glue. No silk, no powder, no file after... I coulda done that at home for free.Shame. The owner is very nice, but will not recommend.

Great basic mani pedi on a slow Monday. Staff are all nice and my nails look great.

I go to Nailbox almost every other week. Their service is consistent and nail polish lasts at least two weeks.
