After taking a 275$ class here just know half of them time will.be wasted. And the stuff promised will not be lived up too. The class I did started late, was unorganized and they over booked. I went a little while back with my mom, she got eyelash extensions and i got full set acrylic nails. when i was getting my nails done the person who was doing my nails was rushing me to pick a color and when she laid the acrylic it started to burn my nails really bad. i’ve gotten acrylic many times and this was just not common. When my mother was done with her eyelashes she told me that the women who was doing them was ranting to another worker about how the women in charge makes them use poor quality supplies and very limited supplies. all of this happening while she’s doing my moms eyelashes! like are u serious? do not recommend.

Ive ordered twice and they messed up my order TWICE! They sent me an art package that costs $10 and i ordered an ice box that come with rhinestones and I didnt receive a single stone. They sent me coffin tips instead of xl square tips and they sent me another order with small coffin tips claiming they were xl square tips. They claim theyre a small business but that is no excuse for a mess up like this. Now they dont want to fix it and theyre saying i got a mystery box item (which is a whole different item on their menu and costs $2 less than the rhinestone box. A.K.A. icy girl box) Im upset and i will never recommend anyone here. They also want me to pay for shipping to ship their items back LMAO. Poor excuse of a business and i highly recommend going elsewhere. They stole my money and now they dont want to be responsible. Look at the XL square tips i got in the mail

Didnt end up getting what I asked for, they didnt understand English and gave me what they wanted. I was charged $300 for nails that shouldve been $150 ... Came out alright. Not the neatest and seemed a bit discriminating. They havent even gotten back to me when I asked.. Wish I could post pictures

I loved the way my nails came out. not too overpriced but also not for people looking for $35 sets. I just think they should use something else for the rhinestones because mine came off quick.

I flew from nc for my birthday and waited to get my nails done because I thought they would last longer if I got them done here. They fell off in less than 5 days and I was charged $100+ for a basic white set with one nail design.

Stop coming here! They steal other professionals photos and use them to advertise. Stop supporting unprofessional companies and go with one with integrity and knows their background. If you want cheap work go here if you want quality do your research.

A friend & I randomly walked in here one day after having breakfast at Roscoes across the street almost 2yrs ago. And I’m so glad we did because this has been my nail spot ever since! This place is very welcoming. They make you feel like you’ve been friends for years! They never let me down on my mani/pedis no matter who does them, but I don’t get artificial nails, so they may be a little different. I know people usually want the same person for those once they find their “one.” I just gel polish and it always lasts longer than a month before I feel like I’m pushing it. LOL affordability at its finest.

Jackie was my nail tech today and she was so incredibly wonderful. All the staff are great but Jackie just went above and beyond. I have been getting my nails done for nearly 13 years and she has given me my best set!!! Im honestly ready to go back to get another set from her.

This Is mostly a review on how unprofessional the staff were. The (asian) manager was on her phone yellling at someone then she came back in and yelled at her fellow employee really loud and said that this was her job in front of everyone because she did something wrong. As this bothered other clients too and made everyone not relaxed the customer who complained that what she did was not ok the manager then argued with the customer with high tone reasoning herself which again is soooo unprofessional. the manager then loudly and ghettoly continued to complain and talk about the customer and the staff and how she was right. they also dont use resh clean sanitized products and it just felt/ looked dirty and my full set looked messy, the lady got glue unevely all under my nails, not a clean job and just as pricy as some other places i have been not to mention the drama and how unrelaxing.

Placed a order online from this company for supplies and they took my money and still have not giving me my supplies package nor my money back! I have emailed them numerous times along with phone calls and text! Everyone is just giving me the run around and non working numbers to call! When they respond to emails they just keep asking for my order number even though I have responded to numerous text and emails giving my order number!!!! Scammers!! I have not received any products or my money back!!!!

As soon as I walked in (the first time) the customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. My sister and I were laughing in disbelief! Very rude skinny Hispanic girl had us wait THREE hours when we had an appointment and let three Hispanic girls that came in way after us to go to the next available nail techs. She ignored us and was so rude. The second time I went I had a great experience and the girl named Kai had excellent customer service. Third time I went the nail tech was so patient and did her best to make my nails how I wanted but the girl mai was so rude, unprofessional, loud and ratchet 😂 like is it not a business that is in the service industry 😂😂 am I not paying for services and I was overcharged like a mf. Update product destroyed my nails and toe nails!!!!!Save your damn money.

The manager has a terrible caddy attitude. I had a nail tech almost saw my nail off to the skin. I said she was hurting me and she said it was my nail??? Ridiculous. The only person that showed any amount of professionalism was a woman named Candy I believe. Not sure if she was the manager or not but she is the only person that could bring anyone back to this place.

Visited the Pico blvd location and got one of the best nail sets I’ve ever received. Everyone was really nice, definitely will go again! The nail tech was very careful and precise when doing my nails. Sadly I forgot his name. Nonetheless, the shape is perfect at all angles as well as gel and acrylic application. No bumps or flaws. Gem application is amazing and they offer a 5 day warranty on any gems that fall off. This is my first google review and they deserve it :)

I took the glam house class and it was so horrible they have horrible service and they didn’t teach me anything. Me and others were rlly disappointed the “nail kits” are cheep and a huge waste of money.. they gave us the kits and that was it we sat there for 5 hours learning nothing I do not recommend it at all it’s a huge disappointment.

Ive been here a few times now, for gel manicures and regular pedicures and I leave thrilled (and relaxed) every time. They have a wide selection of colors, both gel and regular. The regular pedicures come with a long, relaxing leg massage that will leave you all mushy after. They take great care in making sure the work is done right and to your liking.

Not worth $90, one nail broke while in the shower and the other one broke while I was scratching my head never again 😂

Horrible customer serviceI called this morning and spoke with Myi. I asked if Hannah was available today to do my eyebrows. She said yes come in 20 mins; I told her I was in Ontario, but I am on my way. This is a 45 min drive. When I get there, Myi tells me she forgot Hannah didnt bring her equipment today. She said since its a wax Ill ask her if she can use the shops instead. Hannah refused! Unbelievable! Also, when they do your nails, it still looks like you need a fill.

Love the very diverse nail technicians! They are ALL very skilled and Cool. From desk is always hospitable and with a family oriented style about them. Love them!

My daughter paid 120.00 dollars for her nails to be done and she got cuts all over her fingers. She told the lady that she was in pain and all she said was that it was fine. No it’s not fine... not ok at all. I swear I was was there with her I wouldn’t of have paid.

One star is too much! Stay away! I had been to Glam House before and asked for nail art. It was so bad I asked them to remove it. They still charged me for it saying that in their opinion it didnt look bad. I gave them a second chance because it is within walking distance of my house. This time each one of my nails had a different shape. I will not be returning.

I meant to leave a lash review before my vacation but it’s probably better that I waited because I was in the water 24/7 and my lashes are still in tact. Ryan did exactly what I wanted and they lasted. Thanks girl!

Gave glam house another chance on my nails and why did I do that?? I stopped coming because they changed the price of my nails after they quoted my price the first time when I made no alters to what I mentioned. This time I went I paid 55 dollars for A full set with 2 different colors and 4 of my nails are lifting and one already broke off😤!! There pricesOr OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH, I had to look around and make sure I was not tripping because for a minute or two I thought I was in Beverly Hills!! If you want to pay high prices for your nails done and for them To break and or lift in a few days this is your spot!!!!

Rude. Unprofessional. Late. Waste of time.I made an appointment in advance and the front desk receptionist, rudely and unapologetically told me that they couldn’t not see me for 45 minutes. So there is no point in making any appointments here. I wasted over an hour of my time today because I was not called in advance to let me know I would not be able to be seen at my booked time. Won’t be back.

Ugh. I want to love them because the first time I went I got the best mani/pedi of my life. I went two weeks ago, and spent two hours getting a pedicure. The lady blamed my diet for “rough” nails. I asked her to do it over because she didn’t buffer my nails. Went to get a dip manicure today and the nail tech (African American male) was rude. Didn’t want to bring my purse over to the counter when my finger tips were covered in black dip powder. He Didn’t even say bye. Only tipped because I’m nice. The manicure is messy and will be going back tomorrow because they guarantee a fix within 5 days. Don’t think I’ll go again.

I had an appointment at 3:10 due to the reviews saying it was the best option thats what I thought until I was waiting for almost 2 hours I ended up getting up and leaving worst place ever people were there looking at other things instead of doing nails never coming back and dont recommend due to time wait nails looked nice but the wait time was terrible never sated and someone walked in after me for a fill and was seated before me

This the salon to get pampered and a quality service nail job. A local hidden treasure very much worth exploring for. The staff is amazing, as they are skilled, welcoming, attentive. My favorite thing: the people and the price is just right. The add-on treatments are an investment. It is not necessarily an ecological locale, but its not overbearing in use of chemicals. Rather, they use a more natural approach by using products like a seaweed based gel polish (no harmful organic compounds like formaldehyde or methylbenzene) brown sugar and coconut oil, etc. As for these treatments, I highly recommend the Sea Salt Scrub.

Pretty and nice inside . Customer is truly good. I want my nails to be more clean underneath. Am giving Glam House another chance.. Lets See... 🙏🏾

Was extremely unprofessional I hated my nails and they gave me a 15 dollars off when I came and paid for a full service for me and my boyfriend they showed no type of professionalism when it came to resolving my problem I definitely would not recommend I got a simple French tip that looks like someone took a white sharpie to the tip of my nail very unsatisfied will be disputing my charge with my bank this is ridiculous

The salon looks elegant. Great customer service. But very upset on the outcome of my nails. I asked for a coffin shape and cat eye design. It looks very messy and the woman kept hurting me multiple times, she even cut my finger. I’m going to give it one last time because I loved the way my friends nails look.

Girlllllll let me tell you I found this place on instagram right so I was SO excited to get my nails done here the lady at the desk named sugar is super sweet however I feel played!! all I got was a basic full set “coffin” shape long length. I expected to pay around $40 because I pay about that much MAX no matter where I go so anyway the lady kept cutting me! repeatedly and once she was done it did NOT look anything like the picture I showed her I emphasized that I wanted CURVED nails and what do I get??? STRAIGHT nails I kept asking her to make it curved and she said she did when clearly it’s straight af anyway guess how much they charged me?? $75 yup u read that right and did I get a glass of wine with that at least? NOPE girrrrlll I had to look around to make sure I didn’t accidentally end up in Beverly Hills smh I have never paid that much for a BASIC set if it was a good job then I wouldn’t mind paying that much but this is something I can get done in the hood-hood (cuz this is already the hood) for $30 No Lie I am so upset OVER PRICED AND BASIC DONT LET THEIR INSTAGRAM FOOL YOU if I was going to pay nearly $100 I would have went to a celebrity nail tech! Not what I expected at all. I went in for a nail repair that should have taken less than 30 mins, I walked out of the salon after an HOUR And A Half!!!! I was beyond ticked off because less than 3 days later the nail came off.
