Couldnt agree more with the other negative reviews - Ive been going to this place since it opened, its very convenient having an extension of the post office in the neighborhood, especially during Covid. BUT the lady who works there is just plain rude and acts as if she is doing the customer a favor by doing (or not doing) her job. Not everyone enjoys to deal with customers, I understand, but if you already do, please try to at least appear friendly and helpful because every time I stop by at this place, I leave asking myself why I stopped by...The lady who worked there before, I think her name was Diana, was just WONDERFUL, warm, friendly and helpful - I hope whatever she is doing now, she is happy!!!

After numerous unpleasant encounters with the ill tempered woman who works the front desk I can no longer put up with her foul attitude. She is almost comically unpleasant and such a disappointing replacement for the wonderfully helpful and delightful woman who worked there previously.I have been a customer since they opened, but I would recommend anyone wishing to send a package to walk a block to UPS (which is also locally owned) than deal with this woman. She should not be working a position that puts her anywhere close to customers.

Best place in Playa Vista to send your stuff. Ask for Diana - she helped me send 15+ packages domestically and internationally. Amazing location.

Seems like whatever service you’re looking for here, it’s always an inconvenience for the staff. Very disrespectful, and just plain rude. I remember when this place used to have a friendly girl who was always pleasant and happy to help. This new employee appears to have no understanding of what it means to work in a customer service field.

Diana was more than willing to help, offering the cheapest and best shipping solutions for me. Amazing positive customer service!Ill be back for sure!
