So they completely closed this location without saying anything. I paid for my mail box and have no idea how long they’ve been shut down without warning. Who knows where my mail went, I had important legal documents mailed there.

3 weeks, 4 visits to store, 6 phone calls, $170 loss, no contact. Terrible.The FedEx service is horrible. I would warn everybody to ship from Fedex office directly. You cannot get any credits or refunds from FedEx if you use LA Mail Center. I shipped a FedEx item on 31 October; it arrived 2 weeks after the promised date. FedEx said LA Mailbox has to make the claim on my behalf. The owner has not bothered to call me back in 3 weeks, despite many messages and an email. The supervisor, Crystal tried to pretend FedEx was responsible. LA Mailbox charged me $170 on an item that apparently cost them $52 to ship. Terrible, customer service.

In December I sent 4 packages from this facility and none of them arrived. The packages still say “pre shipment” and the post office has no record of ever receiving them. I have called the post office, the distribution center, and they can’t give me any info other than just a label was created. I priority shipped them and spent over $500 in shipping fees and can’t even get that refunded. I went back to this location twice asking for help and what happened to my packages and all they can tell me is that they’re not there and call the post office (which I’ve done and they show no record of them). So my packages are just GONE, disappeared to where I’ll never know. The 2nd time I went in there there was another woman with the same issue. Package missing, not in this post office where she dropped it off and not received by fedex which was her shipping method. At this point it looks suspicious and like the staff here is scamming and stealing customers packages. How do boxes just go missing? I do not recommend this place. Do not be confused by the “nice” ladies that work there.

This place is fantastic. Everything u need is hereSaves you so much time. The girls are very pleasant and help you with everything. Great place.

Great service and helpful staff. I shipped out a couple of packages and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Will be back.

Excellent CPR class. Initially my class was for 6pm but received an email about a change in time the night prior. Appreciative to be notified. I went to the class. Everyone very attentive, apologetic, and focused on making my experience unique. The class itself was excellent and met my expectations. Thank you for making my experience a good one. I don’t remember my trainers name, but she is way above average in level of professionalism!

Very good at returning phone calls and responsive. If you need a rush job on scanning mail contact them they will get on it.

The customer service here is unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and contact the American Heart Association directly to save yourself some time.

I own a gym a few blocks away and we use them for our mail, notary and CPR trainings. I love the friendly staff! So grateful to have them nearby!

Took a CPR and First Aid course here. The course instruct was great, easy to hear and very attentive. Will definitely come back for my renewal in the future.

I love this place I have a mailbox when I get mail they text me to tell me that I have mail so I dont have to go down there every day to check the nicest ladies work there they talk to you they engage you I love when I get mail here

What a great multi service business and buy multi service i mean Document Shredding, Live scan fingerprinting, po box rentals, mailbox rentals, notary and mobile notary services... They are also authorized usps and fed ex shippers!Very cool location and very clean ! customer service is great as well. ill be back

This place is awesome, we are a medium organization and use this for all of our shipping and business services such as Livescan our employees, and CPR training through the American Heart Association. They are truly a one stop shop with rates below fedex retail stores and usps is same as the post office without the line and truly first class service.

One of the best PO Box rental / Shipping centers in Los Angeles / West Hollywood Hands DOWN!!!!My wife asked me if could go open up a P.O. Box. so i happily obliged. I gave it a yelp and called them up and asked them about there mailbox rentals. I am not a big fan of P.O. boxs due to P.O. boxs being on the actual address. They actually dont give u that here they give you a real address which I love so people dont think u rent a P.O. box if you know what i mean. So I headed in!Most of these multi service businesses and by multi service I mean document shredding, fed ex shipping, Mailbox rentals, Live scan fingerprinting, passport photos, notary services...you get the picture are always ran very poorly and are very uninviting. I usually cant wait to get the H E double hockey sticks out of there! This one I actually ENJOYED being in! Very clean, smelled nice and had a very nice TV playing hip music! Which fits the bill being it is located right off Melrose ave!Jasmine the store manager was more than helpful in assisting me with setting up our mailbox rental! She also gave me 50% off on the Mailbox rental as she said they are having a huge 50% sale on all mailbox rentals starting later on in the week so i was pumped that i got to save some coin!Being in the business I am in I am always in need of easy affordable shipping services without the heavy lines at the post office. She said they are an Authorized Fed Ex and USPS dealer so i said i will be back as i run an ebay business and ship alot of items frequently!Thanks alot Los Angeles Mail center I am a customer for life!
