Carrie and Espy, twin sisters, own and operate this establishment. They are both so kind and diligent and thorough.If you need a notary, you cant get better. I recently had my trust notarized by Carrie (multiple documents requiring my signature and a notary). She thankfully, caught an error that my attorney made that would have made one of the documents a problem. She made the correction.So fantastic to have merchants like this in the Little Tokyo neighborhood.

The dollar to month ratio is great but there is an issue with keeping advertised business hours. I wait as i wait and so far its about 30 minutes late for posted opening hours.

They do customer service well, answer the phone and send email notification when you get mail. I am very happy with the prices and the service currently.

Waste of time! Spoke with someone over phone and inquired about opening mailbox. Was told what to bring in. Arrived at the office to open mailbox with my Drivers License, Passport, AND state ID in hand yet this was not enough identification to open a mailbox. Weird. Also had to pay for parking for nothing!
