It’s always a good place to go wash I suffer from SAD and this place makes me feel welcomed plenty of space. I can come late night when there is less people and wash comfortably and it’s down the street. The service is very helpful and friendly.

Nice, big and clean. There is so much counter space to actually fold and organize your clothes neatly. Not many this big & clean. Def a favorite as much as I dislike doing laundry. 📓🖋

I have been coming to this location since the grand opening and I had never posted a review for them until now. I’m not quite sure if it was racial profiling or they just didn’t want my business; at either event, I won’t be back. I came in to wash today and it was very crowded, more than normal. I needed to buys some washing supplies and get quarters to wash with. I normally spend about 20/25 dollars to get the job done. But today they claimed to not have any change for a $50. Any other time, I would have no problem but today I was dressed more urban than usual. I tried calling management but the three ladies didn’t really want to help me. That translates to not wanting my business. So while they were talking about how they would not give me change because I was not going to wash clothes...all in Spanish of course. I just said never mind. See, I look black but I’m fluent in Spanish. But they had no idea. Why would I continue to come here and they there treat even 1 customer like this? I’m not. I’d rather wash somewhere else without the free dry!

I come here with assistance every week it is the (Best place ever. So if youre in the area location Florence and Denker Avenue in Los Angeles, Calif. Come on down and (Wash away the Blues U cant lose)!! Price to wash as low as $4.50 to $9.75! With (FREE DRY)!! 😘

Been coming here for a few months and these last couple times Ive came, my clothes had a weird odor to them. Same odor twice and I usually use alot of soap, scent booster, and dryer sheets and never had a smell I believe its from the dryers . I guess its what u get for getting a FREE Dry.

Open 24 hours, Wi-Fi, massage chairs, free drying, and the best $1 coffee ever !! I wash here instead of home every now and then for the $1 Latte & Frappuccinos.

I came to wash couple of dress items this evening to prepare for a big event Saturday night. However, when I came back to retrieve my clothes from the dryer someone had stole my clothes. I am highly upset and do not appreciate the fact no one did anything to help me with this. The lady that was there was Spanish speaking and she could barely speak on English to explain how to help me. 😡🤬 I don’t really even know what to say. This never happened to me until now.

24 hour laundry has attendances on the premises. You get free dry and the dryer dry fast. They have gift give-aways of TVs and cash prizes. Sometimes they give you free tide detergent.

I rather not rate the stars but to make my rating informative it was bad. After washing my clothes of 6 loads, so it was 6 washers, my clothes came finish washed with a terrible odor. The smell was like a sewer smell & it was all over my clothes here. All the attendants that work there tonight can do was have me write my problem in a scrap book, so inconvenient when on a fix income. I wish people of businesses will not treat a good customer whom spent $25 in just washing, not including my detergent & softeners & boosters & bleach, with them tonight in such distrust. Thinking after drying the clothes they will smell better, NO, I feel the sanitation here is terrible or it has plumbing problems so I like a refund.

I love the lady at night she makes sure we all taken care of and she is like a security too cause the damn security that works there is just sitting down not doing anything. Besides looking for change im a weekly customer and if your gonna have security to take care of your customers then make that old man work cause each time i come here hes always argueing with the lady. And shes the one kicking the ppl who are not washing and making problems. There was a problem outside and again the lady had to solve the problem i even helped her. ILL BE DAMN MAD IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE LITTLE OLD LADY. CAUSE YOU HIRED A LAZY SECURITY!! Owner needs to handle who he pays for security!!

I dont like this place now because its always dirty... Machines are dirty .... People that lives on the street comes in dont wash but puts there blankets dirty on the dryer...Theres no security no supervision out on the parking lot a car hit my van .

One of the cleanest laundromats youll find in L.A. and it is 24 hours. I have to say its my fav.

Its clean they are helpful here always pleasant the machines are top notch and the dryers are phenomenal nothing worst then having to dry the same load over and over here there is no problem ( push #3 for the hottest dry temperature.

Washer work great but they need a security guard n the day tome as well there.And the workers need to be more friendly they act like they dont want to sale you what u need from there
