Clean, front and back accessibility, ATM machine in place, heavy duty machines, place to relax at the front. I didn’t run into any problems with the machines. Definitely more space than what appears from the outside. I give it four stars because the price is just $1-1.5 dollars more per wash than it should be but the dryers are def affordable

I usually dont write reviews but this place is an abomination to this neighborhood. I wish I could leave zero stars.. I used to come here when I first moved to the area but can no longer support such a business. The owner is maybe the worst human being I have come across, full stop. There have been multiple times where the machines didnt cycle through or just ate customers money and when they call the number on the wall, the owner comes and tells them that they broke his machine and have to pay for repairs, instead of refunding the money... I havent bothered to call him after witnessing those experiences but I have spent numerous sessions wringing out wet soapy clothes after attempting to wash them.Secondly, the washing machines have the option to pick water temperature yet no matter what you pick its only cold... So I stopped going here months ago....However my friend was in there the other day and told me that the health department was in. She said that she overheard the health department lady telling the owner that the water was really bad (not sure exactly that means) and that he was supposed to have fixed it from the last time she was there, but she was going easy on him because she had some health issue and was asking him questions about her personal issue (the owner is a doctor as well and owns the office next door). I was not here for this so I cant verify this but if that is true I am deeply disappointed in both parties for not addressing the issue and letting customers pay the price for their own personal gains.

Steer clear of this place! Half of the machine are busted.. when you lose money don’t expect and refunds.. the owners walking evil

Was yelled at by the owner who accused me of using the bathroom without paying the quarter! I paid the quarter! I even left my phone number so they could review the footage and offer an apology.

This place is horrible I don’t recommend at all!! I want to share my experience/story from this place, the owner who is (Indian )of the place accused my dad of stealing a cart from next door (laundry)both the fruit gallery and the laundry are connected and have the same owner. The store owner went to my house since he knew where we lived which was close by. But one day he knocked on the door of our house with the police cause supposedly my dad stole a laundry cart from the laundry.The owner showed a video of a man with tats that looked nothing like my father that stole a laundry cart. My father had to go to court with a lawyer 4 or more times. They said that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove it wasn’t him, the police and store owner said: TO NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN. And if we step foot police would get involved. And ever after this happen he started to put a lot of signs and cameras.My father never stole the cart and had to pay and go to community service.

Up until last year this was a fantastic five star place to do your wash, unfortunately the owners sold to an Indian family who has the doctors office next door last year. NOW IT IS NO STARS!!! This review wont let you post without marking one.Since the day they took over the place, it started being a rip off! First thing they did was fix the change machines to rip off every so many customers. When a customer puts a twenty dollar bill in they will often get 10 or twelve dollars worth of quarters. When you ask the owners for the balance they accuse you of lying and trying to rip them off. They are really despicable characters. They have tight surveillance through audio and visual, with obnoxious signs saying so, even though this is a nice neighborhood. When you are ripped off of money and ask them to come down they never reply, but if you lean on a machine they are down in minutes to scream at you.They keep the once spotless laundry filthy and unmaintained. They ripped out the sink to wash your hands and set the machines to luke warm water when you choose hot.I have done laundry here for the past ten years and have enjoyed the last nine completely. This last year I have only come when I have to in a pinch. I have probably been there at least 20 times with the new owners and watched many victims of the change machine over the past year.Last week I took my chance with the change machine, I was ripped off of $6.25. everything is on video to back up my story, however I was accused of being a crook when I asked for the balance from the owner just like all the other victims were.I am totally done with this place. Even though the cafe next door makes this place very desirable. I am so sad, this was once my favorite place ever to do the laundry. :( :( :(

Horrible my neighbor went to court and had to do community service for a laundry cart he never even stole. The owner went to the house and accuse him because he look like the guy but he wasn’t cause he wasn’t tattooed.

Ill start with the positive - this place is very clean.On to the negative...Ive heard that the prices are significantly more expensive than average - $3 for small and 4$ for large.There are literally more than 70 signs posted with rules and restrictions (see photo). One of the rules posted in several places reads NO BASKETS ON COUNTERTOP PLEASE. Seems like a ridiculous rule for a place where most people walk in with a basket of clothes.There is a sign with posted hours. And several other signs that read: SHOP HOURS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. So basically, Were open until 8pm, unless we feel like closing down early.At some point, there was a working sink (see photo). But evidently, the cheap owner figured that, since he cant charge people to use the sink, hed convert it to additional counter space and reduce his water bill.Ironically, theres a suggestion box (see photo) on same counter where the sink used to be. I spoke to a lady there who said that, during every visit, she submits a suggestion to add the sink back.All of the washing machines allow you to to select cold, warm or hot water. Yet, regardless of what you press, the temperature is always the same - cold. Evidently, the cheap owner figured hed reduce his gas bill by not making hot water available.Need to use the restroom while your clothes are drying? No problem, Itll just cost you another quarter (see photo).Need to plug in your laptop to work while you wait? Too bad, because all of the outlets have been covered to make them completely inaccessible. Evidently, the cheap owner figured this would be a great way to reduce his electric bill.All of the wheeled baskets have retrofitted with long poles so tall that they collide with the light fixtures (see photo). Each cart thus bears a sign that says: Please do not hit light. Let me make sure I understand here. You take a normal laundry basket, attach a hideous green pole thats higher than the light fixtures, add a bright orange cone on top of that, and then expect customers not to hit the lights? Yeah, that makes total sense.

Never got a refund after a machine ate my change, i filled out the form and the owner never contacted me. Should have checked google maps before I went here!

New owner is horrible. He keeps raising the prices on the machines. Removed the sink, no paper towels, surveillance camera signs every where. Used to be nice. Not anymore.. shame

Pricey but overall it is a pretty good laundry mat.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS OF A STAR I WOULD... HALF OF THE MACHINES DIDNT WORK. THEN THE VENDING MACHINE STOLE MY MONEY, SO I POSTED A NOTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND TAPED IT, SAYING NOT IN ORDER AND THEY ACCUSED ME OF VANDALISM!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. YOU CAN FIND A PERFECTLY FUNTIONING, CLEANER, AND LESS EXPENSIVE. GOOD LUCK FINDING PARKING TOO

I was also told not to lean on a table top while waiting on my clothes. Its clearly an unwelcoming place with signs that repeat over and over.

This place is sketchy and ruined by others that misused this place.
