The staff are knowledgeable and one of the few places can make a copy of my mail box key.

These guys are great! Ive been coming here for 20 years to replace locks or have duplicate keys made. They are always responsive and helpful, and they actually sent a guy to my business (which is close by) to install a new lock for me.

Great - friendly, professional, respectful of my home, offered advice and he was efficient. He also took old door knob to recycle. Will always use them.

I have a heavy duty lock that I broke a key off inside of. Half the key was stuck inside. Its an expensive lock that I thought I might have to replace. I took it to a different locksmith before Bundys and they couldnt get it out after an hour. The guys here managed to get it out within 30 minutes. Both of the guys I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.

Fixed the Safe, no problem but the visit took at most 20 min. $165 minimum for visit.

After multiple failed attempts on having a mailbox key duplocated from Ace hardware, Home Depot, KeyMe kiosk & Sawtelle Lock & Key; I went to Bundys Lock and Safe Co from a referral. The rep(sorry I didnt get your name) Identified the brand of key and said it is a new type key that was released but key could duplicate it. Sure enough they know there stuff and the key works.Sevice was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I already referred them to my apartment building Managers if they have lock issues.

The technision is a 6 ft 8 of a man that has no manners at all. He walks like a baboon and you better get out the way because he is so high on marijuana he will crash right into you. Rude in the way he talks and I will never call them again for service. The only thing this companies employs are good for is breaking rocks in the desert. Im upset I let this person into my home. No customer service this the worst.
