Just had an installation done for Rocket XL by Neil and he was great. He called because he had an earlier time slot available, met me at the new apartment and got everything up and running in less than an hour. Super personable and friendly as well. Great experience so far.

Well, after a year of anticipation, I have Rocket XL! The installation tech, Jerry, did a truly awesome job.

Just got my wifi turned on by Victor Tam, he was super nice and fast! He was very thorough, explained things well and even helped us hook up our hue light bridge and Apple TV!

Here to spread awareness of Rocket XL. I had to hear about them through a friend, even though theyre internet is faster and cheaper than comcast.Came the exact minute they said they would and the Technician was pretty knowledgeable about network equipment. Trust me, Im in the business too ;)

The speed was definitely fast... no doubt about that. Service was not bad for about the first half of the year. When my VOIP over VPN service started drooping calls the customer service dept stooped returning calls. This was going on for about 4 months with no resolution. Canceled the service and have been on Comcast for about a month now... calls are no longer getting droped.

These guys were amazing. In and out in 15 minutes, and I was streaming at 200mbps before he left-- FOR WAYYYYY CHEAPER than comcast, and their refer-a-friend program seems almost too good to be true. With comcast I had continual complaints and they never show up when they say they will, but the Rocket XL guy called me letting me know that he was running about 5-10 minutes late before-hand, and the installation took way less than he said it would in terms of time. Super positive experience this morning :)
