This has been the worst customer service experience I have had setting up any service. To open an internet account they ask prospective customers to jump through hoops. I was told that to open an account it would require a $5,000USD deposit.If you would like to set up new internet services easily without hassle and poor customer service, Spectrum is much more straightforward. Stay far away from Frontier.

I like the guitar guy that do their commercials, but their customer service is horrible. If I can help it I will never do business with them again.

Terrible Company. The internet goes out all the time. They never show up for their service appointments. Or they arrive earlier than the set time and leave right away. Nothing gets done. They lose your service ticket in the system. WHAT does that even mean!

Stay away, terrible customer service. Gave me a 2 year price but kept raising the rate 3-4 times during this period. There is a tiny part of the contract which no one explained to us at the time of sales, where it says the price is going up after 6 months but then it should stay the same thru 24 months. So after they started raising our price and voiding the contract we called them, they were suppose to fix it for us but instead they put us on a different promotion with an apparently upgraded tv quantum package that we didnt want nor did we know about it! We barely watch tv anyways... Anyway, after helping us out it turns out it was even more expensive and we ended up paying more. After calling their bill specialist she can see and cofirm that we had a 2 year pricing but it was by-passed after your staff did an upgrade we didnt want. Now theyre refusing to refund the money we paid above the original 2 year contract agreement or do anyhting to help us. The rate started at $85 before tax, now after 2 years its $148. Terrible customer service, will cancel my contract and never use you guys again.

My appointment was scheduled on 8/27/2018 from 8-12pm. I waited for 4 hours for them I called at 11:30am to see where the technician was and was told that he was in a car accident got rescheduled for the 28th again no show called complained got scheduled for today the 29th for 8:00am and again no show. Customer service is horrible they are no help can’t resolve the problem. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, will not recommend Frontier to anyone.

My appointment was scheduled on 8/24/2018 from 8-12pm. I specifically took a half day off and waited for 4 hours for it. I called at 11:30am to see where the technician was, and was told that he was in transit. I called again at 12 and was told that the appointment was moved to 9/7 without proper notification or asking for my consent. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate, and I will not recommend Frontier to anyone.
