Love these guys! Theyre all about communicating and making sure your needs are heard!

Ive been using The Maids for about 3 years. Over the years they have ranged from okay to excellent, with an average of very good. Lately Ive been getting Marta, who has been doing a very good job. Occasionally The Maids misses something; but then I ask them to address that area better in the future and they always do, and continue to do. The excellent customer service from Ileana more than makes up for any minor oversights.

Ive used The Maids Agency many times and am very pleased with the results. Ive had a different cleaner pretty much every time but I usually wait to book with only one or two days notice, and they are always available. Sandra cleaned my house this week and did a fantastic and thorough job, and was really friendly. I like that you can book as infrequently as you like, and the price is reasonable.

The folks from The Maids were very thorough. We paid for the deep clean. The two maids stayed for 4 hours cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment top to bottom. When I came home, the appliances looked brand new, the bathrooms shone, and the space felt cleaner than it had when we moved in. Theyre fantastic!

Im really impressed with the service that Daniel and his team provides. Daniel is very professional and the teams that come to clean pay close attention to detail. The difference is noticeable compared to other maid services that Ive used before. They catered towards my OCD preferences and their cleaning solutions arent strong smelling. Im very happy I found them.

Ive never had a more awesome experience with a house cleaning before. They even actually cleaned the top of the refrigerator, and for someone who has major OCD, Im in LOVE!! Such a friendly and great staff.Overall, they did the best cleaning out of anyone Ive used before and would recommend to anyone to try them.

Called these maids to clean my house... half way through some random man walked into my house unannounced without knocking, saying he was their “manager”. When they all left, the ladies quoted me an amount for the work they had done, and asked me to write down my CC info on a little piece of paper for them (weird, but ok, I thought). When my card was finally charged, it was for almost double the amount they quoted. When I called to ask about this charge, the lady on the phone was combative and rude and refused to honor what the ladies originally told me, saying the high charge was correct. I won’t be using them again, and I’d recommend that other people shouldn’t either... unless you enjoy shady business practices.Wow and look at this page’s first handful of 5 star reviews... all from the company itselfEdit (12/27/18): Thank you for your reply. You seem to be helping my argument. When the price was re-evaluated at my house after the cleaning took place, I was told a particular price, then later charged a higher number that was never at any point communicated to me -not on the phone before the clean and not after the clean was complete. Thank you for saying my review has been helpful for your communication practices with clients. Although... if that’s the case, the least you could do is honor the price I was told I would be paying - then you wouldn’t have lost a potential repeat customer.

I need 10 arms and legs to be able to clean as well as the maids crew. Thanks for always leaving my place squeaky clean.

KEEP AWAY. They dont even deserve one star! EMPTY WORDS AND RESPONSE. These people committed FRAUD BY CHARGING OUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY PROMISED.Besides, the service was unreliable and marginal.... very unfriendly and unprofessional.
