The Maids talked on phone and to each other while working, they were not communicating to the company. Today was worst when the maids went to the end of the hallway of my building to talk to each other. They were loitering on the stairwell blocking the residence access to the stairs. They had their large equipment in the middle of the hallway blocking the residence from walking through the hallway and they had to walk around everything. I was washing my towels and had to the back to get downstairs to the laundry room. I watched the maids lounging on the stairwell talking like they had nothing to do. This service is not worth it. Normally the Maids take breaks outside of the property not on the property from my experience with them over a year. The service has become weak and it seemed those who responding are different. I use to receive excellent service. I called for them to come Monday and they said they did not have fee time. So the schedule was made for Wednesday. Then out of the blue with no warning they rescheduled it for Monday which was out of the ordinary. They did not call to see if I still wanted Mondays availability which is what they would have done before, they just scheduled it. Monday they also showed up 40 minutes late they were not on time. I had to call them to see why they were not there at the scheduled time. Usually they would text me to tell me if they are running late which is rare, but this time I received no communication, I received no warnings via text or email stating they were going to be late. I had to rearranged my day only to end up greatly disappointed. I have noticed a change in management behavior for quite sometime the language, treatment, and care has become relaxed. So much so I have asked them did management change and they said no. Im dealing with different people who perhaps bought the company, something is off. These are not the same people, they are not professional and the maids have become relaxed.

Ive used Oranges & Lemons for both my office and my home because they are amazing. Ive found there can be a lot of unpredictability with cleaning companies and cleaners, but they have provided a consistant, professional cleaning EVERY TIME. They also are flexible and very communicative. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The best cleaning service in DTLA. A little more expensive than your traditional housekeeping but quality is spectacular and worth every penny.

I got a 4 hour cleaning from maids last week and they did an amazing job. My apartment has never been so clean. Ive hired cleaners before from other companies and they never hit all the spots they did. They did things I didnt even expect like the inside fridge cleaning and organizing certain things. I have issues with my bathroom staying clean because the vent has very low suction and there is no window. So the resting water from a shower and lack of air flow allows dirt to accumulate easier. They cleaned it better than anyone has ever done. Its spotless. I highly recommend them.

Amazingly content again. Anyone who lives in a studio knows that it has peculiar and varied quirks to be maintained properly and these ladies have a special talent. Not only looks and feels good when they leave but as you go about your daily routine you notice all those minute details that they also noticed. Definitely in my calendar as a repeating series of events.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule. Cleaning ladies were punctual, did a thorough job cleaning my apt. and even finished early, which meant the overall quoted price was less than expected. Plan to use them consistently moving forward.

Eva and Frankie were amazing! I definitely presented them with a challenge and they rose to the occasion! They are very friendly but stay focused to get the tasks done timely....Im honestly amazed and what they accomplished in just 3 hours! I used Oranges & Lemons for the initial deep clean of a 1600sq ft 2bed/2bath apartment and by the time they left, the place was sparkling. I will definitely use them for regular bi-monthly service going forward, and highly recommend them!

I have used these guys a few times on my apartment in Downtown LA and can say that they are well worth it. They always leave the apartment way better than before. Very easy to book and always quick to communicate.

They stole from me during the cleaning. They decided to help themselves to a brand new bottle of Dom still in the gift packaging. I didn’t realize until after they left. Surprisingly it was the only item in the fridge and they thought I wouldn’t notice. Owner stopped replying after I contacted him about this. They also tried to hustle me into booking more time saying there was no way to get the job done in the agreed upon timeframe of 2 hours with two people. I refused, they got the job done in advance of the 2 hours. Hustlers.Would not recommend.

EXCELLENT! I can not say enough good things about Oranges & Lemons. I have been using them for 2.5 years now and they go above and beyond every time. Today they cleaned by disgusting, filthy balcony and made it spotless. I didnt think it could be time. Not to mention how wonderful their customer service is. I am a huge fan and would recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, responsible, and hardworking cleaners.

They did a great job cleaning my apartment on such short notice. I have large bay windows and both were double checking the cleaning to make sure all spots were removed. This was my first time using Oranges & Lemons and I plan to schedule another cleaning very soon.

We bought a house that was a wreck. The seller took all his stuff, but left the mess, grime, and smell behind. It was so bad you didnt want to touch anything. Two fantastic ladies came in and made the house liveable. I can now eat off of the counters. They arrived early, worked their butts off, and cleaned every nook and cranny. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Oranges & Lemons came for the first time yesterday. Our apartment has never been this clean ! Their attention to detail is unparalleled. They moved every piece of furniture and cleaned under and around it, every cabinet, every drawer.

I had good experience using this company. Cleaner came in got dropped off along with her cleaning tools. She got straight to work. She was so thorough with wiping down the cabinet doors, light switch, all the nooks and crannies. I was amazed.She only missed the freezer but I didnt realize it was in a bad shape but they cleaned it when I showed it to them. Overall Im satisfied and would use them again.

BEWARE & BE VERY AWARE!!!!I own a business in DTLA and called this company which is the only company who had same day availability and I see why...HORRIBLE a 3 year old can clean better than this!!!This was a move in cleaning so keep in mind I have not lived in the space so they just came to freshen things up.This company does not use professional products, the products they use you can get from Walmart or any local corner store.Streaks were left on all my windows because of these dirty microfiber towels that looked like they were used on plenty of other thing other than windows. My floor was mopped only once and I had to ask her to change the mop water before she finished?. They took an hour in the bathroom keep in mind this bathroom has never ever been used and this company spent an hour at 60 dollars an hour. Really???...Then my floors are laminate and they did not have any laminate cleaner at all. The equipment is 1000 years old. The workers move slow and I had to move all the boxes or they would have been here for two more hours. You are better off using another company for 24 to 35 and hour and plan for the cleaning!...Then they only cleaned for an hour and a half but charged me for an hour!!!I...I spoke to Manager and of course she does it agree but I’m left with having to redo this so called cleaned space!!!
