It was also really nice that when they were finished that everything smelled nice and clean but there were no harsh chemical odors. This company gave me awesome service. I hired them to do a deep cleaning before I moved out of my apartment and everything looked perfect. I seriously think the only reason I got my deposit back was beacuse of them. They were so kind, easy to work with, and I felt very comfortable with them in my space. As long as they remove the word “professional” from their title I guess its ok. I booked them for move out cleaning. They made me fill a form send credit card information and confirmed date and time of cleaning, Guess what ? Not only they didn’t show up never bothered to reply or explain. This company has the best customer service Ive seen for any maid company. The first team of maids they sent to my house were amazing. The second team I scheduled on a different day was okay, but not quite as detailed as the first crew. I am blown away by the effort they took in ensuring I was happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned our 3 bathrooms and all of them still have hair, mildew and grime. I thought they didnt even do anything. This is the worst service Ive ever used. Do not use ever again.

We hired a team from MaidServe to deep clean my sons apt and they did an amazing job! The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they quoted 3 hours but they were gone in 2 1/2. Im guessing they were done, its only a 640 sq ft apt., I was a little surprised when they said 3 hours for 2 people to clean it.

I expected deep cleaning. all i got was superficial cleaning. when i wiped the kitchen floor it was still dirty. they did not clean the base boards. they did not polish the kitchen faucets. It was very, very disappointing. did not get my value and I do not recommend them. The ladies were nice. They said I should have told them. I thought that they were professional and that I shouldnt have to teach them what clean means.

Awesome job guys, the best cleaning service I have ever hired in LA, truly amazing. Booking was a breeze over the phone, friendly staff and very courteous. The cleaning crew arrived 30 minutes earlier, but I was OK with that since I wanted to get an earlier appointment anyways. They followed instructions and did a great job on all surfaces and appliances that have not been cleaned for months. At the end they did a walk-through and did a few touch ups of some spots that I noticed were missed. Loved the crew, loved the staff, will recommend and use them again in the future.

We hired MaidServe to clean our house after a big party for our kid. We had a lot of people and we had a big mess to clean after the guests left. We needed extra help in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Catering was a big mess and kids were not nice to our bathrooms. MaidServe was very professional and up front about how long they thought it would take to clean the whole house. This ended up being a big job and we are so glad that MaidServe was able to take care of us. Their promotional rate was very affordable compared to what we are used to paying but the front office was great! We will definitely use them again in the future for all of our house events.
