This doesn’t seem to be a real business. Internet scam

I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email with the correct date and time. Come the time of my appointment, no one contacts me, I proceed to wait 3 hours. I call the customer service number, it goes straight to voicemail. I called at least 10 times and sent an email as well as a DM. Still, no one shows! The worst part of all of this is that this scam of a company has my credit card information (thank god i havent been charged, but still). What kind of company has a full booking calendar, with confirmations, and then no employees to fulfill appointments and no customer service???? How does moppify even exist? I have a feeling it doesnt, these positive reviews are fake.
