Worst management ever. Scamming people of their deposits. Never get full deposit back and make up excuses like this or that was damaged when it was like that from before. People have been smoking for so long but managaement does not do anything about it. Its a trash place in a trash neighborhood. Dont live here. Much better options available elsewhere!! Avoid at all costs.

The apartment and the apartment building was secure and clean. The manager of the apartment building went out of his way to be kind and congenial. Whatever was needed or requested he provided. There were plenty of towels and pots and pans to cook with. There is no elevator and you have to take the stairs. There is secure parking onsite and that was a plus! I enjoyed my stay and would reccommend this apartment for one or two people.

Sold in March 2017. Not the same as it once was. Homeless encamp across the street and never leave. one of the nastiest streets in this area.
