Ive been staying in shared rooms provided by this company for 3 years now, changed a few properties since then and finally found a job to afford a place of my own and moved out! The places were always clean, they call cleanings ladies every week. And I got my deposit back 2 weeks after moving out without any deductions (well, I used to be a perfect roommate so no surprises hehe). Love you guys, hope your business keeps this level of hospitality!

Hi I was living with king housing for 7 month I use to pay my rent every month in time never been late for paying every 1 of the month but when I was know that I’m gona live the apartment I let them know 1,5 month earlier like that they can find someone but after all that they didn’t give me my deposit back when I left but the scam owner stool my money he is Turkish and his name is ERDAL bolukgiray and I have all the bank statements that show that I was paying every 1 of the month and you can find his Facebook with his name on Facebook ERDAL BOLUKGIRAY ...I’m not the first one happene to him this you can check in reviews and you gone see many poeple happen to him the same and who wrote positive reviews is just his family to hide the worst

The guys are great, very clean and spacious properties in safe neighborhoods. They really care about their tenants. Love their professional way of doing business!

I am very satisfied with my living space. However, I paid them my fair share for the apartment. The manager of this company forgot to pay the rent to the landlord, and now the landlord wants to evict the apartment they were supposed to pay under their responsibility. Im hoping we dont really get evicted.

It was very convenient and it was quite affordable!I never had any problem with my stay here, the maintenance team was always on point and the roomamates were really nice.I think with the shared locations it really depends on the roommates my overall experience was great La rent issues considered.

Danger!!Take care.They dont return the security deposit they are the same company Lathousing LA and MBG LLC. They change the name and phones but they are in the same location.Dont put your money in this place, you can read more bad reviews in Google about these fake companies.
