Ive been here a few years now: its great building & living space. I recommend convertible furniture (sofa bed, futon), to utilize more floor space! And get shelves!! The kitchenette comes with small fridge+microwave, but I also have a toaster oven + a hot plate. Ive shared photos of my space, and common areas of building. And Ive NEVER had any roaches EVER!! But as you can see, I keep it very clean :) And Eberly Company keeps it clean as well.
Manager here is a nosy cow who will come into your apartment without permission. Will evict if you have a house sitter/guest.Love the location, the apartment, but the manager here is not worth it.
This is the worst apartment every. Dont ever live in this apartment. This building is infested with roaches and bed bugs. Ive seen three roaches in a week. And the building manager Peter Smith (Pete) is very ignorant and rude. He constantly talks about fake sexual stories. For two weeks, he talked about this one homeless lady that asked him for a dollar for a sexual favor. Hell shout and give you his nasty look every time you ask him to call the exterminator or solve other issues about the building. He cusses in front of you or at you like its nothing. And the walls and the ceilings are cardboard thin so you can even hear the neighbors farting.
This is my first apartment complex, and I must say its great living here. I dont have problems with anything, its a great living space.
How do I apply for an apartment or studio at this location?
Horrible management. Tiny overpriced claustrophobic units.
