Very grateful for your help.I forgot my tablet on the Silver line and I got it back; even though at times I thought I wouldnt ever see it again.The only reason I didnt leave 5 stars is because I wasnt contacted when my item arrived at the lost and found even though I went and left them my contact info and even though they said theyd contact me once it arrived there. It also took quite a bit longer for me to recover my item than the 3 to 4 business days they said was the common waiting time. It took two and a half weeks.Parking is easy. You can park at the Heritage square park-and-ride right across the way. And if that is full, theres plentiful street parking.If youre not pressed for time you can even take the Gold line to the Heritage Square stop; its right there.Overall, Im very grateful with the team there. They were always very kind and patient despite the stuff they must probably have to put up with from people at times.Keep up the good work.And anyone out there, if you find a missing item in a bus train or MTA facility. Do turn it in to an employee there. Whether it be a driver a Metro police officer or someone else from their personnel. One day it could be you losing something and hoping whoever finds your property does the right thing.
Great service the lady was very nice such a wonderful person . I forgot my cell phone in the bus and got it back in Metro lost and found a week later . Thank you Metro God bless you all . Thanks to the driver for found the cell phone you guys doing a great great job.
Good service, I recovered my backpack that I had forgotten in a bus, that happened because I got off for an emergencyBut Im happy for recovering my properties.
Great service and have lost a bunch of stuff on buses and always get them back. Although i do wish it would be there sooner.
