Terrible service at this escrow company. Multiple emails never returned. Items had to be resent over and over to them. Took a week for our office to get closing checks and still chasing closing paperwork weeks later. Main officer forwards requests to others who drop the ball and dont reply.

Hands down the worst escrow company Ive ever dealt with. Sloppy and slow work. Had to chase them throughout the process and caught multiple mistakes. They single handedly slowed down the close by about a week due to sloppiness. Worked with Jasmine Clark and Raul Zuniga. AVOID!

I operate a Hard Money Lending company so I deal with a lot of Escrow companies. Commerce Escrow Los Angeles was definitely a standout.

Lousy escrow officer. Received a fedex with buyers final settlement statement along with check, but there is no receivers name.
