Do not use this escrow company. Alicia Diaz is the rudest escrow officer. I honestly do not know how they have clients! I was a TC on a file and tried to call and get information on a closed file and she was so rude, cut me off and did not want to help me. I can only feel sorry for her because it must be miserable being you!! Wish I could give negative stars. Your response just confirms my post. I did tell you I was the TC for the Selling Agent and gave you his name and the escrow number. So now youre just lying.

I have worked with Betty Betts Escrow several times and find them to be highly professional with their loan packages complete. They are able to answer buyer questions promptly.
