The Traveling Baby Company offers an EXCELLENT service for people wanting to accommodate guests with babies. My friends were visiting from Australia with an 8-month old child, and I did not have the necessary equipment. Thanks to TBC, I was able to rent a beautiful baby bed, highchair and bouncy chair. All the items were like brand new, VERY clean and the cost was VERY reasonable. AND, on top of all that, the company offers delivery, which was timely, professional and very helpful in setting up the equipment. I was extremely satisfied with the service offered by the Traveling Baby Company and I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of baby furniture. What a great world where such specific needs are so easily and successfully met!

We recently rented a BOB Dualie Stroller from Traveling Baby Company for Disneyland and it was definitely worth it.It was waiting at our hotel when we arrived and was such a lifesaver walking to/from and all over Disneyland. Our kids would nap Midday (On the walk back to our hotel) and a night when walking back to the hotel at the end of the day.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone not wanting to drag their stroller on a plane and to California, amongst many other things that your child might need. Very affordable and really prompt at replying to any questions you ay have.Wonderful company to deal with.

I was very impressed with TBC customer service. I ordered a baby car seat at the very last minute. On my 6 hour flight to LA I wasn’t sure if my order was confirmed but as soon as we landed I had text messages and a voicemail confirming my order AND that they actually delivered it to the car rental facility I was using. This company worked out great for me and my family on our recent vacation. We arrived at our rental with the crib in the backyard, just as we requested, and the mattress and sheets were wrapped in plastic to ensure no bugs/dirt could get in. The crib was extremely easy to set up and my baby slept very well in it while we were away. Pick-up was SUPER easy, as we just left it on the side of the house, behind the fence, for the company to pick up. A few days after being back home I received a lovely email thanking me for my business and for leaving the crib in such great condition. I highly recommend this company if anyone needs to rent baby furniture while on vacation.

These guys were terrific. They set up in an apartment rental that we had around Christmas/New Years. I initially contacted another group that we used when we stayed in Charleston, SC but working with that companys LA group was cumbersome and did not provide us with any confidence. TBC was the absolute opposite. They were accommodating, communicative, and even less expensive. They were able to make the challenge of getting the equipment to our locked apartment before our arrival very simple. They contacted the owner and handled everything. Pick up was equally smooth and we were allowed to be really hands off during the whole transaction. So nice to not have to worry about these things when traveling with small children. We will absolutely use them again the next time we are in LA.

My stroller broke the day before I had to travel with my infant son. I was so lucky to find the Traveling Baby! The request went in early afternoon and the stroller was at my destination the next morning before 9am. I paid an extremely reasonable express fee and it was so worth it. The stroller was the same as the one that I have at home and in as good condition. The next time I travel I’ll probable rent more equipment instead of lugging all of the accessories my son uses :)

Needed a child seat for my 4 year old and was contemplating between Travelling Baby or the car rental agency. Ive had good and bad experiences with seat rentals through car rental agencies so I thought I would give Traveling Baby a try. I admit I was a little nervous. Would the seat be there on time? Would it be a good seat? Good condition? What if Im late? Well, I cant say anything bad about my experience. Not only did Andrew meet me at the proper rental company (had to make modifications to my original order after changing car rental) but he was there before I was. Seat was in great condition and good quality. Saved me $50. At dropoff, what do you know, Andrew was already there patiently waiting (I may have been a tad late). I would totally use these guys again!!!

Clean and well-maintained equipment. They were kind enough to make special arrangements for us to have A car seat dropped off at the airport outside of normal business hours, and picked up again at the same location. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond to arrange the logistics. Have used this company in other cities, including San Francisco as well. Will certainly use them again.

My wife and I just recently completed a trip to Beverly Hills to visit family and rented a crib, car seat, booster chair, toys, and books from Traveling Baby Company for my two year old daughter. Everything was delivered and picked back up on time, and we were EXTREMELY satisfied with our experience. This is the first time Ive written an online review for any company, but I wanted to do so because we couldnt have logistically done the trip without these rentals. The equipment was all in great shape, and the crib came with a quality mattress and both a fitted sheet and a mattress cover. The crib was wooden (not plastic) and took less than two minutes to set up, allowing us to moving it from one room to the next as needed. Everything was clean and plastic-wrapped, and overall Traveling Baby Company was great to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again the next time we travel to the area.

Whenever possible I love to rent equipment instead of dragging it along only for it to be lost or damaged by the airlines. Rafi is very responsive and they made accommodations to meet me at the airport at odd hours since our flights arrived very late. The equipment was very clean and Andrew, their courier who delivered and picked up the equipment, was so nice. I was SUPER pleased with my experience with this company. They have just about anything you could think of needing. My two grandbabies (ages 5 months and 25 months) came to visit and we rented two cribs, a car seat, high chair, etc. Everything was delivered on schedule and was in EXCELLENT condition and of high quality. In fact, I was LATE meeting the delivery person, and he waited for me instead of just dropping everything by the door because as he said, I thought you might need help setting things up. Wow! Not only was the quality of the baby equipment in near perfect condition but the customer service was incredible. We had a horrible Airbnb experience and had to relocate several times and they accommodated us each time we had to relocate even though it was outside the original delivery zone. Highly recommend!

I work for a company that rents luxury vacation homes and weve been using Travelling Baby for all of our guests baby equipment needs for a couple of years now. Theyve always been beyond amazing and the feedback from our guests is excellent! But tonight they exceeded all expectations.We received a request from a guest that had just arrived that they needed a crib right away as their toddler has never slept in a bed other than a crib. Although it was after hours, I decided to chance it and immediately called Travelling Baby and left them a message that we needed a crib urgently. Much to my delight, within only a few minutes, I got a call from Rafi, who said that he was going to help us, despite the late hour. He organized the delivery of the crib (over 50 miles one way) and needless to say, the guests were extremely impressed and grateful! I cannot recommend Travelling Baby highly enough!

With all the stuff you have to haul for two kids (toddler and baby) it is soNice to be able to rent a few things at your destination. Traveling baby was super easy, and professional. Our high chair, car seat and pack n play were delivered to my brothers door the morning of our arrival in great condition. We used them all week and then the service retrieved them the day we left. Couldnt have been more simple. Just one less thing to worry about!

I literally barely gave them a few hours notice when we were recently visiting the Los Angeles area from NYC in search of a new place to live.We were renting an Airbnb, I had submitted the reservation request after midnight the night before we arrived. I gave them the contact information for the manager of the Airbnb, and that was the last I did from my end. When we arrived at the Airbnb, all of the equipment we had requested was conveniently placed inside with no hassle. No one even tried to contact me whatsoever. It was just done.
