I had a FANTASTIC experience with Marissa. She was able to get my subzero fridge fixed after 10 other appointments with numerous technicians. You should give Marissa a raise.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. Rude. Know it all demeanor. This is the place that charges you $80 to look at your electronics with a promise to fix your issue. Doesnt fix anything. Keeps your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

I rarely leave negative feedback but if I could I would give Ashton Electronics a zero. When I first talked to Amy she was very informative and arranged to have a repairman come out in two days to look at my 6 year old LG refrigerator. He arrived on time, was in my house for 15 minutes, and charged me $120.00. He confirmed what I already expected that the compressor needed to be replaced. This was covered under warranty but the parts that needed to be replaced with the compressor were not covered according to Amy.When I talked to Amy on Thursday she said she would have LG send the parts overnight if not it would arrive on Saturday and they would get it installed over the weekend. The part did not show up until around 6:00 pm on Monday. My dealings with Amy became nasty at this point. She wouldnt schedule a tennative appointment until she verified the part was correct. The next thing I know a technician calls me on Tuesday and says he will be over in one hour. There was no phone call from Amy that a technician would be calling me.The technician was friendly and professional. It took him less than an hour hour to install. I was told by Amy it would take between 3-4 hours to install and that was why the charge was $350.00. When I asked the technician to show me the parts he installed he showed me one small part in addition to the compressor. There were no other parts yet I was charged for additional parts.I put my concerns in writing and e-mailed them to Amy. The next day a gentleman called me from Ashton. He never identified himself. I expressed my concerns for the charges and was told I had agreed to them. He was unprofessional and began to argue with me and the charges stood as quoted. The $120.00 initial visit was never deducted as I was lead to believe. The total for a compressor that was under warranty was $671.00.I strongly advise people who read this to find an ethical repair shop. My problem was not reading the reviews prior to hiring them as I was desperate to have a working a refrigerator.

The gentleman that came was fairly professional other than a few under his breath comments about the work. The woman in the office who answered the phone was who was very unprofessional, Diane, Diana or some rendition of that. When she answered there was an instant annoyance in her voice. I did call at 4 when they were closing, which I didn’t know. The technician that came, helped me put on the washer boot and lift the dryer. Essentially that was all, it was nothing and took maybe 20 min. After explaining the situation in a very calm and cool manner she without hesitation shot back as if feeling attacked saying that there is no negotiation and she didn’t know what would make me think that it was okay. (I wasn’t the one to schedule or agree to the payment) I figured it didn’t hurt to ask ($140 for lifting a dryer), especially after the technician said to ask her in the office. He saw the situation as it being simple and suggested calling. The call is what made my experience with Ashton Electronic one in which I will not experience through this company again. The rudeness and pure lack of respect for the customer, simply for asking a question, is why I give this review as her being unprofessional. I get it it’s the end of the day you wanna go home, but you don’t treat people with disrespect when representing your business.

I called Ashton electronics to get my insigna fridge repaired as it wasnt cooling anymore. Technician came to check it out and came by a few days later with the part. Amy helped us along the way by getting the order in and informing us of parts update. I appreciate Amy, the technician and Ashton electronics our fridge is now working.

Their tech did not arrive during the service window and did not have parts to perform the repair even though they were informed of the part that was failing. I fired the company from the job 10-15 minutes before the late technician showed up without even an apology.I find it incredibly unprofessional and a bit hilarious that the owner of this company has the audacity to claim this appointment was not confirmed almost 2 months after the fact. I have attached the copy of the invoice their tardy tech left that indicates that my appointment was for between 2-5 and that it was in fact confirmed.

I would give it a zero if i could. They rescheduled twice arrived late and told us to just turn the fridge on and off to have the ice machine working. I had them through the best buy warranty idk which service was worse Ashton for its unprofessionalism or best buy geek squad for recommending it.

Not a great experience. Something dodgy about the repairs I had done that just didnt add up. It wasnt so much the cost of parts or labor (which seemed OK), but the credibility in what needed doing.Im not entirely convinced that what the technicians relay to Amy is 100% honest. There are other options when looking for an authorized repair shop. I think Epson need to re-evaluate their list.

I found Stone Electronics through a Yelp search. Had a SONY flat screen that would no longer turn on. After a quick estimate, they ordered the necessary partS, did the repair, and the TV now works great. Really nice guys to deal with. Happy I found them. Repair cost just under $200 but I love the TV so it is worth it to me.

Joe did an incredible and prompt job refurbishing my 1974 Pioneer SX-737 receiver (before & after photos attached), and at a very reasonable price. It sounds great and looks brand new. This place is the real deal, and its rare to find such a good repair shop for analog gear these days so dont waste your time anywhere else!
