When I dropped my laptop off for repair, I was told to expect a 2-3 week turnaround. It took over 6 months which forced me to buy another computer for work. Now that I no longer need the computer, the owner still wants to charge me full price for the repair. I objected to this. I told him that I want to pay him something for his work but that I deserve a major discount. Im thinking he would be fair and give me half price but he offered less than 10% and said if I dont pick it up within two weeks, hes going to recycle it. He then rambled on about how he did this out of the kindness of his heart and he will never do that again. As I argued with him about how unfair this was, he hung up on me. The guy is one of those self-righteous fake Christians who thinks they know everything.

Noel did a superb job on my Macbook Pro. I knew I had a hard drive issue and I could not retrieve any of my data. He was very kind to accommodate my emergency and fixed it in 2 hours!!! I was so happy! He was also considerate of my budget! Ive dealt with other companies but I will go to him from now on. Overall, excellent on customer service, work and price!! I would HIGHLY recommend him and no other!

He got back all my files and was a pleasure to deal with and priced his services fairly. I was so impressed, Im arranging for him to come over regularly to make sure everything is working okay.

Needed help for a computer related issue. David was very friendly and personable. After speaking with him I decided to in trust him with the issue. He was able to resolve my issue at a very fair and reasonable price. I am very please with the outcome and glad I chose Cosmic Computer.

My laptop just one day decided not to turn on anymore. I was looking for someone close by who could figure out what was wrong and fix it quickly. I found BYOD and within 5 minutes Noel was able to fix my computer and get it to turn on again.

The experience is amazing. They pick my Mac and then I dont have to deal with all the issue. The Mac in liquid damage and I am really worried about whether it can recover or not. Magically they give it to me several days later. Really recommended:)

I got so frustrated with my computer, that I broke my keyboard. At some point, my computer started slowing down so much that I just couldnt take it anymore. I was about to hit my monitor too, but I decided to ask my son for help before that, and he found you online. Cant say enough of Magic . Excellent experience the first time. While travelling I somehow damaged my laptop couple of weeks ago. The laptop would power on but nothing would come up on the display. I came here with my mac book broken and as soon as I got their I was greeted with great customer service, the guys were all so friendly and they got back to me the next day fixed it right away and one of the guys was so nice he said I could just call and they couldve came out to me since he saw my baby in my hands and opened the door for me if I ever have any issues with my computer Ill make sure I go back to this place!

Should give it 0 star. the man there is incredibly rude. charge me extra fee, without tell me before swipe card. when I said I dont wanna do it, give me money back. He charge me extra money for cancel the order. “get out of my store” and slam the door.

I was offered a quick response to my problem. The guys at Magic Computer Repair were good at their job and were also really helpful.

Being in the middle of an online class was really the worst time for my computer to start causing problems. I found Magic Computer Repair on Goole, and they were great. I dropped my computer off Monday night, and it was ready to pick up Wednesday afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, updated some programs, added a few great Mozilla add-ons, cleaned the computer, and more.

Their customer service sucks guy is very rude ask for a simple part guy got smart and hung up in my face. I called back trying to be nice the guy was rude again and hung up in my face where is the customer service...

I just bought a new computer and i had some really big issues, so i find Magic Computer repair in internet and i called them and tried to explained the problem with my computer. Took my laptop here after I spilled an entire bottle of makeup remover on my keyboard...since I waited too long to take it in, he couldnt salvage it. But luckily he salvaged all my files and gave me the hard drive within 2 weeks.
